「This boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo. 」

「The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know.

「The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. There was easy access to run or bike along the river (only 1.5 km away). 」

「Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Chiunque fosse interessato a vedere le famose montagne ritratte nelle banconote da 20 yuan dovrebbe scegliere questo hotel, davvero eccezionale. 」
「Lovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. 」
