「Pro's: Clean bedsheets and towels, aircon was working.
Con's: The room was dated and old, smelled a bit musty. The room entrance was right next to the hotel's rear exit where they had lots of rubbish stashed, general condition was terrible. 」

「Staff were friendly. Communication was excellent. Bed and lounge need to be updated. Lounge is sunken in the middle and the bed felt like one side had broken slats.
We stay at Monterey often and this was the worst nights sleep we have ever had.」
