"Very solid hotel, and great for a solo traveler especially. The ceiling in the onsen area looked a bit worse for ware, as well as the elevator carpet. Otherwise though very nice place, helpful staff, and a very enjoyable experience. The onsen itself was lovely."

"Good place to stay, but the rooms were quite small and they have 3 laundry machines for a 12 floor building. That was a bit inconvenient, but still manageable. They have carousel parking if you have a car, and the location is conveniently located around downtown and the station, so very walkable. Breakfast is good, but slightly on the expensive side. Still worth it, since there isn’t much to eat early in the area besides the Lawson, which is conveniently located in the first floor of the same building."

"A lovely hotel, across the street from the railway station and minutes to everything else . Excellent breakfast buffet with anything you would need. Room was spotless and huge( it was a suite). All in all a great place to stay and thoroughly recommended and enjoyed by us."

"リファのシャワーヘッドがすごくよかったドライアーも部屋に置いてあるものもリファだったのにはびっくりボディソープだけぬるぬるしててちょっと好みではない朝市のお店18件と契約しているのでその18件の中から好みの朝ごはんを選びその店が閉店するまでに行けばいいというシステム朝早起きしなくて朝ごはんと昼を兼用できたエアコンの音が少しうるさかったのと、壁が薄いのか、ちょっと隣の話し声が気になったエレベーターが少し遅い"

"Great location, close to the Hakodate Ropeway station, Red brick warehouses, churches buildings. There is the airport shuttle and bus station right in front of the hotel. The onsen, the bar for the sunset view, the restaurants on property are great. The rooms are older now but clean. However, for the competitive price, it is a good value."
