This is a large single level home where you can find your own space for solace or gather together to enjoy each other's company; the choice is yours.
A contemporary home with four beautifully appointed bedrooms (one king, two queen and two singles) as well as a daybed reading nook in the master. Your first two cars have plenty of space in the garage.
The open plan kitchen with butler's pantry, has premium quality appliances. Coffee addicts need to note that we have a Nespresso machine.
The big formal lounge extends to the informal living area, with plenty of seating to watch TV or play games.
Outside, you have the choice to relax in the cabana by the pool, take a dip or cook up a storm on the BBQ under the fairy lights.
At the end of the day, enjoy a relaxing soak in the glorious main bath before curling up in high thread count cotton sheets.

Guests have access to the whole property (minus one store room and a locked cupboard).
The Neighborhood:
Shelly Beach, Long Jetty, Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay, Bateau Bay, The Entrance, Crackneck Point and Forrester's Beach, mean that you are simply spoilt for choice. Coastal walks are just stunning and the path around Tuggerah Lake warms the heart. Shelly Beach Golf course offers golf, dining and events that can easily be walked to. Or stroll to Long Jetty for cafe's and restaurants, along with browing the many speciality shops. For those who like to surf or swim, professional Central Coast Council lifeguards patrol Shelly Beach from Monday until Friday. During weekends and on public holidays the beach is patrolled by Surf Life Saving volunteers.
Getting Around:
It is easy to explore this area on foot. However, to make the most of this area, your own vehicle is recommended.
