The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi
Check-in checkout was super smooth. Nancy at front desk was very helpful. Langham is outstanding in all aspects. Great location, luxurious layout, fantastic service, will for sure on my top list to stay when come back to Shanghai.

Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai
We were upgraded to a room with a view over the river which made our stay very nice. Big clean room with separate bathroom. We had an issue with the AC but it was solved same day. Breakfast is somewhat mediocre compared to other luxury hotels and other MO hotels, with limited choice for gluten free. ...
