Nice hotel, interesting prices but clearly some issues : - Wifi is not working at all, which is a problem for an European in China. I had to buy a sim card to get mobile data's - The people at the reception can't speak a word of English which doesn't really helped for the Wifi issue.

Bad. Not coming back

Horrible smell in the room. The floor was dirty, the blankets were dirty. The bed was so hard. The curtain was broken so could close curtains all the way. The receptionists didn't greet us or try to help with the elevator. They did not replace toilet paper or water bottles for second night.

추천하지 않습니다.

호텔이라기 보다는 주방시설 및 세탁기가 있는 오래된 아파트 느낌이고, 겨울인데 난방이 부실해서 방 안에서 덜덜 떨었음. 춥다고 하여 방을 바꿨는데도 똑같아서 포기하고 그냥 지내다 감기 걸림. Wifi도 계속 끊겨서 메일 확인도 못하고 데이터로밍을 사용함. 화장실 하수구에서 악취가 슬슬 올라와서 힘들었음. 나는 이 호텔은 절대로 다시 숙박하지 않을 것임.

異なるホテル名、異なる場所に要注意

実際のホテル名は上海URBAN HOTEL。Baiduの地図を頼りに歩き回ったが見当たらない。誰も知らない。1ブロック異なる場所の異なるホテル名が予約したホテルだった。アパートメント形式で部屋も立地条件も悪くないがフロントの対応が悪い。

チェックインカウンター最悪

チェックインの時、予約が入ってない、ホテルズドットコムに聞けと言われた。ホテルズドットコムの電話番号がわからずどうしていいのかわからなかったが20分ほどして名前を見つけたと言われチェックインできた。 ホテル側の対応のまずさ、ホテルズドットコムの連絡先不明瞭で、最悪な滞在となった。 部屋も古く、良い事は駅からのアクセスの良さのみ。

아파트먼트라 전체적으로 나쁘지는 않았어요. 단지 청결상태가 조금 마음에 걸리내요. 수건 및 침구류가 눅눅한 느낌이라서 조금 그랬어요. 그것 외는 다 좋았습니다.

除了地點外，好像沒什麼優點了

房間已舊、所住的8樓行政房樓層有夾雜其他住家；淋浴間排水不良，只要洗澡就幾乎踩在小水塘裡；洗衣機很髒，幾乎沒整理，廚房設備也無法使用，沙發很髒沒清潔過的感覺，但床還挺好睡的，整體來說下次應該不會選擇此酒店了。

公寓式酒店，房間夾雜住戶

整棟大樓包含有住家型態的房間，比較像是公寓式酒店；房間裡設備老舊，燈壞未修，附有洗衣機但很髒，浴室排水不好，廚房設備損壞等等，但交通方便，地鐵4號線在酒店下方，旁邊就有大型超市與小吃街，購物餐飲不擔心。
