Stayed two nights with little ones. There’s nothing around it but they have a small restaurant. Breakfast, Disney and airport shuttle included. Got the room with a slide that the kids loved but I wouldn’t stay again. Rooms need TLC and the staff were super nice.

Clean room and reasonable price. Very helpful to have a free shuttle to Disneyland and the airport. Many breakfast options. Not fancy but has everything you need in a convenient location. Didn’t see food options near by. Small village surrounds the hotel. Taxi needed to get to hotel. Public transportation was a bit far. Only two king beds for five people so we asked to add another room, which they had and the price was low so it worked out. We couldn’t fit three teens and two adults in two beds.

It is not a 4 star hotel, rather 2 or 3. The pictures on Expedia are rather AI generated but the hotel was still cute. We got a total different room than what we booked. The pool was out of order. However the front desk lady Doris was extremely helpful and kind. The airport and Disney shuttle were helpful and the breakfast was homemade and authentic. Overall, it is definitely worth the price.

Family of 7. Very friendly and helpful staff specially Ms. Wangtiti who did everything even above and beyond just to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The only downside is the distance from the city center but only 10 mins. away from Shanghai Disneyland.

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience I booked this hotel for 12 nights but could only stay for 3 nights because the experience was unacceptable. The room was poorly cleaned, and I had to change the bed myself because housekeeping did not properly clean the room. The breakfast was also very poor, with no proper choice and no coffee or tea. On one day, we could not even eat breakfast. There was also no convenient supermarket nearby, which was very difficult while travelling with children. I had no choice but to book another hotel for the rest of my stay, which meant spending much more money than planned. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this hotel. On the booking they said they have shuttle service to airport which they refused to gave as the service one more ting I want add ther was one staff on the restaurant in breakfast time was shaving is hair it was disgusting

Photos are not a true reflection of premise.property is bit difficult to find down some small streets,close to disney.room had no fridge,no tea or coffee but had a kettle,bed was stiff as a board and pillows were wafer thin,the shower was ok once i worked it out.positive was the incredibly helpful young staff ,using translators they assisted with disney access,and airport transfers all included in the price.The breakfast in the morning was tasty local food

Side road motel at best, not 4 star hotel

By NO means this is a 4 star hotel as indicated in the Expedia app. Is a side road motel at best. The pictures are absolutely not aligned with the reality. The bed is har as wood board. The look of the room is terrifying when you arrive expecting the room of the pictures. The staff is extra helpful and very nice.

Great value but the bed is uncomfortable

We stayed here for two nights and the customer service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to communicate with us, they did not speak English but communicated via translator app. They also provided a free shuttle to the airport as well as Disney, and it was seamless. The reason we scored them a little lower is because the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. It was very uncomfortable, so if you’re like me, you will have a hard time sleeping. Overall though the value is worth it!
