夕方６時ごろ３時間仕上げのランドリーサービスをお願いしました。 外出後にフロントに出来上がっているか確認すると、すでに仕上がっているとのこと。翌朝部屋に届けて欲しいと頼んだが、朝待っていても一向に届かない。しびれを切らしてフロントに再度確認すると、実はまだクリーニングされていないことが判明。仕方なく、アイロンだけしてすぐに持ってきて欲しいとお願いしました。 その他のお願いごとをした際も、スタッフの対応があやふや何かとでストレスが溜まりました。 フロントでもレストランでも笑顔は一切なし。 カルフールやレストラン街が近くにあってそれなりに便利な立地ではあるのですけどね。。

First room assigned was on 3rd floor. Very heavy smell of smoke as soon as I stepped from the elevator (lift). I was upgraded to 15th floor. Room was okay, but only twin beds available. Both these items lead me to rate overall stay as average.

객실은 매우 편안했으나, 가져간 샤워기 필터가 1주일만에 주황색으로 변하는 것을 확인했습니다. 다른 상해 호텔에서 사용해보지 않아 비교할 수는 없습니다. 로비에서 실수로 잃어버린 물건을 찾지 못했고, 세탁을 요청했던 스카프도 잃어버려 찾지 못했습니다. 조식은 메뉴구성이 다양하여 좋았습니다.

If you need to stay in the area, this is the place

This hotel is very comfortable, but the biggest attraction is being close to a Shanghai Huawei research facility - based on my conversations with co-workers, there are only two reasonable hotels in the area, and we ALL stay at this one. The area around the hotel is limited - not many choices for restaurants or shopping. The hotel is near at least one subway station (Gutang Road), but that's true of pretty much any hotel I've stayed at in China, so not much of a draw. I did have problems communicating with a receptionist at check-in, but I'm willing to believe I wasn't speaking slowly or clearly enough. I thought my entry card wasn't working (the lock indicator light barely turned green, and I was pulling on the floor handle but the door pushed to open!)

Lækkert hotel.

Lækkert, rent, forholdsvis nyt. Restauranten har steaks og eupærisk mad, samt kinesisk. Morgen buffen det samme, meget lækkert. Personalet venlig, forsøgt at være forstående dog uden at forstå hvad man forsøgte at forklare. Men helt klart et sted jeg kommer igen hvis jeg kommer på disse kanter.

Comfy and clean, but service is poor

The good things about this hotel are that the beds are quite comfortable, and over all cleaniness is satisfactory. Although the hotel interior looks very recently decorated, there are several things in the room that are either broken or not working, such as bathroom locks and bath tub drains. There is a large gap in the bathroom curtains so you can look into the bathroom from the bedroom area and those curtains are semi-transparent. A bit lack of privacy. The worst part is that the staff didn't seem to know the hotel very well. We checked the opening hours of the swimming pool before heading down, when we got to the pool one hour before it closed, the staff told us the pool was already closed. And the next morning we checked the opening time and to double confirm it we called front desk and asked whether the pool is open, the staff reassured us that it was definitely open. We went down and the pool was locked. Very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is very close to the food street and alot of choice for food. Except getting a taxi during peak hour is challenging.

Very pleasant stayed

Though the hotel is at JinQiao abit outside the Shanghai city.. the hotel facilities has already let you occupy by most of the time spend there.. indoor pool is great and breakfast is awesomely tasty.. Not too far abt less than 1km you may walk to Carefour for shopping to meet all your needs..

This is a nice hotel, quite new and quite close to the airport. Not fancy and not in a tourist area but nice and efficient. Hotel staff isn't fluent in English, but try hard to communicate. Recommended.

Far from downtown ; far from all sort of activities . Taxi drivers never heard of it . Staff would not operate air conditioning, only fan . Terrible nights with lot of humidity ; couldn't sleep well.

beautiful hotel too far away

the hotel was great and it really worked for me because i booked to spend the night before an early flight from pudong. i would not recommend if you are looking to go into the city because it is too far away from every interesting place in Shanghai.
