1. 런드리는 세탁방을 무료이용 가능(세제포함) 2. 상해이긴 하나 번화가 중간에 있어 어딜 가려면 택시이용(지하철 역사도 2km 거리에 있음) 3. 방배치는 북동(뷰 위주), 남서(일조 위주) 라서 편의에 따라 결정하면 됨 4. 복합건물이라 밑에 병원과 가라오케 같은게 있는데 새벽까지 운영하는 듯 하나 소음이 올라오지는 않음 5. 참고로, 라운지가 별도 없는대신 1층에 웰컴초콜릿이나 커피, 티를 무료로 제공함

Front desk people speaks loud at me to prove they are right. Almost yelled at me. It's incredible. You can see that the service is very poor. I booked this Mercure because the one at Jiuting is closed at that time. If you have the choice, book Mercure Jiuting instead. No bad surprise for sure there.

Worst breakfast ever

They charged 120RMB for breakfast everyday during my stay. The breakfast doesn not worth it for sure. Feel free to check the picture attached. They don't give a price discount or anything. Very bad service.

Is far away for metro, and not much delicious food around... but this is my first time to Shanghai and I felt the staffs are helpful. They are willing to help me to order the take away by themselves as I don’t have their apps... I’m really appreciated that. And one staff named Sandy is the most politely and professional one at reception. She was so details and will ask the driver to help and take care of our luggage when we left by taxi. I’m happy that I met a kind and professional staff like her on my first time at shanghai. Thank you. But for the restaurant ( breakfast), not much choice and not delicious at all, need improvement.
