"This is the best hotel ever -anywhere! We are World travelers and are fortunate enough to stay in beautiful properties around the World. This one beats them all! Almost 100 years old, beautifully designed and executed, impeccable service, delicious copious breakfast, comfortable room, mattress, linens, lounge services… the list goes on. I doubt there is another one anywhere."

"Room was not up to the mark. There were cockroaches roaming around. No window, no ventilation, no tea/coffee, hot water maker or water bottle in room. Same bathroom kit for all three days. Washroom was not clean. Continuous noises outside the room for one full night. Charged extra under the name of 18% GST despite Govt changed the rate to 5% GST for budget Hotel stays. No receipt provided. Entire area was full of smoking smell. I will not recomment it to decent people coming for official stays and families please stay away. Even the location is not clearly marked making it difficult for newcomers. Book any other hotel in the same area. "

"Generally very good. Could have been more fruit options for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. Good location "

"The room was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated with attractive fittings. The bathroom was compact but well equipped and designed. However, the slightly squint and cheap toilet seat spoilt the overall luxurious feel. The air conditioning was efficient and comforting and the rooms were quiet, easy places to relax privately."
