Chris made this an extremely pleasant and memorable experience for our golf group. We travel to Bham once a year to play golf and out of the past 3 visits, this one was the right on. The previous two years were very deceiving when it came to the location and the homes we visited. Very disappointing.Thanks for the hospitality Chris."

"This is definitely an old historic home. It has not been extremely well maintained and could use some TLC and some updates. However we found it mostly comfortable and adequate for our 2 night stay as far as the sleeping and actual house was concerned. The house is gated and it's a good thing because it's located in what I would considered to be a not so safe neighborhood surrounded by run down apartment complexes and houses. There are NO dining options close by and we didn't feel very comfortable just venturing out not knowing the area very well. Also located right beside a VERY active train track that goes all night and all day so it is a very noisy location."

"My stay was fine the bathrooms light didn't work and the bed was very small for two people to sleep in it and the drive up through there needed repavment it was a lot of potholes but other than that my stay was ok "
