Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean.

The room was clean, and the hotel is in a great location—very close to the MTR and bus stops. Almost all of the staff, including the cleaning team, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one female receptionist seemed impatient and not very interested in assisting guests.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, especially the bathroom, but the shower room door cannot fully close, so after showering, the water is all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator is not cold; it's just a piece of furniture. Hopefully, when I come back next time, everything will be fixed.

I absolutely love this hotel,very convenient to get to the MTR and shopping a doorstep away. Now to mention the staffs they are very honest, left some jewellery in the safe. The cleaning lady found straight away she reported it. They called me as I was going to the airport… everything was sorted so quickly I will definitely stay here again in my next visit… the buffet is a defo try 😍well done courtyard 👍*6
