「The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely...

「Well not putting apps on my phone, I wasn't able to get the instructions to our cabin (which I didn't realize I wasn't actually staying the house) so we had to bang on the house door for quite a while since nobody answered the text to the only number we could find on our itinerary sheet. Oh yes it said we would get instructions for checking in and out 3 days before our arrival ( it was that same morning we actually got instructions) if it was done correctly I would of got the instructions before...

「I’ve stayed here many times, it’s always been clean and economical. This time, though, we had problems with the AC in our room, and at 1am had to move rooms. The second room also had AC problems. I mentioned it that morning, and it was fixed by the time we got back. We also had problems with the key cards- I had them re-programmed repeatedly. This resulted in some major issues for us.」
