Our room was overall nice, it's good to take the amenities like a microwave and stove even if we didn't use it. The bathroom was nice and clean as well as the bedroom. You'll receive a code to enter your room instead of a card. The "pool" is literally a hole the size of a living room carpet and the are is absolutely shameful in condition, a joke really. The biggest problem we had was that at 10:45pm we heard the lock beeping and eventually completely opening, then two other guests tried to get in until I called out from our bedroom. This is very unnerving because they either double booked our room OR the code was duplicated or could be used in any door. We tried calling the emergency line and no answer, regular line, no answer and of course there's nobody at reception. When we checked out, I told the front desk person and he could literally not care less... No sorry no nothing, just a "oh we'll investigate" which of course means they won't do anything. The room has no safety deposit box and that morning I had decided to leave our passports and car keys there and my husband said "are you sure?" And I told him that nobody should be entering our room because you need a code... How wrong was I. Parking is inexistent in the area, if you have a car, find another hotel or area. We were told to go to a car park across the river that's cheaper but you have to walk through a horrible desolate area that has been let go in condition. It puts a damper on the view if town.

Excellent emplacement, chambres/studio propres et confortables, rooftop agreable, je recommande. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car beaucoup de chambres donnent sur la rue qui est parfois bruyante et les rideaux n´occultent pas suffisamment la lumière.

The hotel isn't very central but all main attractions can be reached easily by bus. Staff were helpful and friendly. The building and room were very well maintained. We only had 2 problems: our room had curtains not blinds (persianas), so the sunlight wasn't properly blocked; we stayed for 4 nights and our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The swimming pool is tiny but I'm glad there was one!

La piscine est vraiment petite taille baignoire , pas de services pour boire donc il faut aller acheter de l eau ou autre dans la rue .. sinon l hôtel est propre et bien situer .

Apartamento com preço/condições razoável, janelas sem cortinas de escurecimento, logo de manhã entra a luz toda. Na sala, pelo lado de fora do apartamento fica uma luz toda a noite, o que, para quem dormir no sofa cama dorme com luz toda noite. Colchão do sofá cama extremamente desconfortável. Perto da Isla Mágica, dá para ir a pé, e do terraço dá para ver o fogo de artifício do espetáculo final da Isla.

Good spot in the old town

Pros - Very good location in the old town at a short walk from shops, restaurants and public transportation. - Room is big enough with all necessary kitchenware. Very comfortable and with 2 TVs. - The access code to the building and the room is a good option not to have keys - A laundry room with 4 washing machines and a cleaning kit containing washing tabs. - Good view of Seville from the roof top with chairs, tables and sunbeds to chill. Cons - On-street parking can be hard but once you find a spot, you can just leave the car there; this is what we did and then used public transportation - There’s no broom in the room and since there’s no daily housekeeping, we had to borrow the broom from the cleaning lady to tidy up during our stay - Swimming pool is very small but good enough to refresh after a day of excursion under the sun. It wasn’t advertised when we booked but it did not bother us. Overall we would come back again

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Sercotel Suites in Seville. The location was fantastic—centrally situated with easy access to the city’s attractions, and the cleanliness throughout the property was truly impressive. Service from the staff was attentive and professional, contributing greatly to the overall experience. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and enjoyable to relax in. A balcony would have been a welcome addition, especially in the heat, and fresh towels every couple of days would have made things a little more comfortable. There were minor frustrations with the television setup and the air conditioning controls, which could be more user-friendly—but these didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of the stay. All in all, we would definitely recommend the suites to others and look forward to returning!

Excelente localização

Great apartment in Seville. Close to many restaurants and walking amenities. The only downfall for us was parking which was about 20 min walk away, it wouldn't deter us from staying again though.

Very happy with the facilities and the staff. Not the closest to the old town but it is walkable distance. Apartment is step free access if you are with buggy or wheelchair. There is lift to all floors. Grocery is around the corner, which is very handy.
