"Another trip to beautiful Sevilla and our first stay in Hotel Amadeus. Lovely architecture & stylish. Staff on check in were friendly & efficient and notified us as VIP Hotel.com guests that we had a drinks voucher. However later that night we receuc3d a notice from Hotel.com which inquired if we received our VIP drinks voucher and room upgrade from standard double to an upgrade room. We had not. I messaged the hotel as extremly late in the evening to query no upgrade offered and as yet we have received no response. We only stayed one night so that would have been a lovely touch but unfortunately it wasnt to be. Maybe next visit hopefully. Kate & Caithlin"

"Booking in speedy with delightful Jesse. Insight provided amenities. Very clean. Lovely room. Staff all very pleasant and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, so much choice. The best we have had in a long time. Great time all around. Leaving assisted by David."

"The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. However, the beds were not very comfortable, although I’m not sure if this was specific to my room. My room also had a window overlooking the dining area, which made it quite noisy from as early as 5 a.m. Additionally, it was difficult to adjust the room temperature. Aside from these issues, everything else was very nice, and I had an overall pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to get to and navigate from. It's very close to bus stops and the front desk staff told us which buses to take to the city center and to the train station. We didn't dine in the hotel but it's walking distance to restaraunts and small markets. The room was very comfortable, with good beds, good shower pressure, and a comfortable couch. I also enjoyed the pool. No complaints."
