On the left is the master bedroom, with a 165 x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the right, a walk-in wardrobe leads to a second full bathroom with a bathtub. From the wardrobe, guests access the second bedroom, also with a 165 x 200 cm double bed and a TV. Finally, on the upper loft-style level, there is a third bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds and a sofa bed.

The property offers exclusive private parking, with a spacious parking space that allows for comfortable and easy parking.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
