Big Yard & Pet-Friendly Cabin — Pool Table, Hot Tub, 10 Min to Dollywood

  • Most Smokies cabins hand you a steep driveway, a tiny deck, and "small dogs only." Fox Lane is the opposite — a big, flat yard with a fire pit and outdoor games, a flat driveway off a quiet dead-end road, and a real pet-friendly policy with no breed or size restrictions. Three bedrooms upstairs (king ensuite, queen, and a bunk room with a queen bunk + twin bunk) sleep up to 10, plus a screened porch with a pool table and a hot tub on the back deck. You're 10 minutes from the Parkway, Dollywood, and The Island — close enough to do everything, far enough that the dog actually gets to stretch out.

Built for families with kids, multi-family trips, and travelers bringing dogs.

    OUTSIDE
    - Massive flat yard with volleyball, cornhole, and outdoor games
    - Wood-burning fire pit (wood not provided)
    - Hot tub on the back deck with string lights
    - Charcoal grill (charcoal not provided)
    - Screened porch with a pool table and Smart TV
    - Flat driveway, easy approach, no scary mountain roads
    - Quiet dead-end road

DOGS ARE WELCOME — REALLY WELCOME
No breed restrictions, no size restrictions, up to 2 dogs. We provide the dog bed; you bring the dog. Pet fee applies when a pet is added to the reservation. Please pick up after pets outside.

    SLEEPING (Sleeps up to 10)
3 bedrooms, all upstairs (4 wooden steps to enter the cabin):
    - King bedroom with en-suite bathroom + Smart TV
    - Queen bedroom + Smart TV
    - Bunk room with a queen bunk and a twin bunk + Smart TV
    2.5 bathrooms total.

    LOCATION
    - 4.5 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge
    - 9.5 miles to Dollywood
    - 13 miles to downtown Gatlinburg
    - Flat driveway, quiet dead-end road, no steep or scary mountain roads

BONUS: $940 IN FREE ATTRACTION TICKETS
Every reservation includes free daily admission to top attractions — Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, and more. One free admission per group, per activity, per day.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    - 4 wooden steps to the front entry; all bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the second floor.
    - Per Tennessee health regulations, hot tubs are drained, sanitized, and refilled between guest stays; the hot tub may not be fully heated on the first night.
    - Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and front entrance. No cameras inside the cabin or in any private areas.
    - All guests sign a renter's agreement prior to check-in. We recommend travel insurance.
    - Magnolia Vacation Rentals is not liable for disruptions caused by weather or other acts of God.

Overall, our experience was great. The cabin was very nicely maintained and clean. The pool table was nice, although the cues were kid sized we still managed to have fun with it. The yard is huge and we played a lot of volleyball and other outdoor games. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great hideaway in the Smokies.

I was shocked at how clean this cabin was. I even ran my fingers along the top of the doors and windows just to see if I could find dust and there was none. The hot tub water was clear and you could smell the chemicals. Check in was super simple and the location was very convenient. We will be coming back.

Our family loved this cabin. Everything was clean and beautiful. It was relatively close to everything we wanted to do. The layout of the cabin was perfect for all of us and the kids had a blast. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the volleyball net because we ran out of time. They had plenty of stuff to keep us busy and having fun. The host was in contact with us just about the whole trip. The cabin sits back off the road on a dead end street so there was no neighbors on either side. They had everything we could have needed including laundry. 10/10 recommend!!

We loved everything about this cabin! The exterior has the rustic appearance you would expect. The yard and hot tub were great. The area is secluded and quiet. The interior is updated but retains the cabin theme. The included tickets made it an even better value than we expected. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. Everything was great!

Great cozy cabin, beautiful inside and out. Our family and dog loved it, so peaceful and relaxing. Great location, no steep roads plus private and secluded. Cabin was spotlessly clean, very well stocked with start up supplies neatly and decoratively displayed, which included a few snack size treats. We appreciated and enjoyed our stay in this lovely, cozy and clean cabin! We highly recommend and cannot wait to go back very soon!

Great cabin!

The cabin is in an excellent location. It was very clean and just as described. We were there when it was bitterly cold, so we didn’t use any of the outdoor amenities. It would be a wonderful place Spring-Fall I believe because you could utilize the spacious yard. We would def stay again.

Lovely home in a perfect location!

Stayed in this lovely home for a few days while on vacation in Pigeon Forge. The location is perfect! It’s only a few minutes from the main strip but far enough away that you’ve escaped to a peaceful, quiet home nestled in the woods. The drive to the home is very easy with no steep inclines or twisty roads, which is hard to come by in this area! The bedrooms are spacious yet cozy and comfortable for a great nights sleep after a busy day. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! Will definitely stay again!
