- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.



- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.



- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.



- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.



- No RV or Trailer parking.





**Please Note:

Our cabins have deeded access to lake access/boat launch located in the Lake Douglas Resort. However, we have had difficulties getting the seasonal parking passes or getting current information on season timeline and parking restrictions. The lake access is at: 2567 Fleming Way, Sevierville, TN 37876. We do not have any access to any other Lake Douglas Resort amenities (like the pool or clubhouse).
