It’s a one bedroom, one bathroom with washer and dryer. It has a full kitchen with all appliances and granite counter tops and wood tile floors. It’s a perfect place for couples or a single person. It has a propane fireplace and a mini split with heat and AC. There is a propane grill on the covered front porch. There is a small fenced in area to allow pets off leash but not to be left unattended, due to the type of fencing,which is a deer fence to enhance the view.

The space
What makes this place unique is they tiny living but with the feel of being in a real home.

Guest access
There is a 12 x 20 shed that is the owners closet. It may be accessed by the cleaners but from the parking lot. So not to disturb any guests.

Other things to note
The fireplace control panel is on the bottom of the fireplace. There is a round knob to adjust the heat and will shut off to the selected setting and reignite automatically. There is a remote for the heat and a/c. The WiFi password is located on the back of the WiFi box. Please do not leave pets outside when you leave. I don’t charge a pet fee but guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A shovel is provided to pick up feces and throw in the woods.
