We had an absolute blast staying at this cabin overall! The pool was amazing, and I really loved the layout of the cabin and the location. There’s also a bathroom on every floor, which was incredibly convenient, especially with a larger group.The hot tub is fantastic for relaxing and middle floor tub is nice for a bubble bath. It’s very spacious and definitely one of the highlights of the cabin!The beds on the middle and top floors are very firm and were a little uncomfortable for us. If you have back or hip issues, I would recommend bringing something extra to add a little cushioning for comfort. The bunk beds, however, were super comfortable, so those are a great alternative.The pool table area is a little snug, so just be aware that some shots can be difficult to make, especially near the door. The cabin could also use a little extra attention when it comes to cleaning. There was quite a bit of dust on the ceiling fans, so a quick detail cleaning would make a noticeable difference. I would especially recommend this cabin during the fall and winter months. It tends to hold heat, so if you’re staying during the summer, I would definitely recommend bringing a fan if you prefer a cooler room while sleeping. We also learned that bees are attracted to the chemicals in the hot tub, so we found that it was much easier to enjoy it at night.That said, the customer service was absolutely top tier! Everyone we interacted with was very nice, helpful, and responsive.
