The cabin is far enough away from town, but yet still close enough to run into town. Cabin has everything you need!

Outstanding property

We stayed nine days in August 2023. Property was on on the cleanest we’ve ever stayed. There was a small water leak in the main floor bathroom. When we called, the staff was friendly and helpful. Within a very short time, the leak was fixed. They were more than helpful and kind. There are so many beautiful properties to choose from but after the serve provided, we will only rent with you guys! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect cabin

Our guys trip was exactly what the dr ordered. Cabin was great and the host was very responsive. Heads up in the squirrels that are very active in the middle of the night on the roof.

Great location, just above the main parkway!

Great location, just above the parkway that runs in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice beds, simple cabin. Could use some extra TLC, as far as cleaning the floors and dusting. Auntie Belham's cabins come with one free ticket per day, that was a really cool perk! The squirrels on the roof are loud occasionally but not a big deal.

Husband/Wife- teen son- engaged daughter/fiancé

The cabin based on photos seemed more secluded which it wasn’t, that was fine. 2 nights in a row squirrels in the ceiling above our bed in the downstairs bedroom running and chewing kept us up we could see where they were coming in on the porch we even tried luring them out with chips no luck. There is NO lighting in the back of the cabin it is black outside so you cannot enjoy it at all, where the hot tub is, is very dark with a screen that looks like something tried to get in so it is bent all up and it’s dark in there so it’s not a conducive to the relaxing vacation we were hoping for. We’re looking forward to it my husband had been overseas for a while but couldn’t sit and relax after dark coming back from a busy day unless we sat on the couch. Overall do not recommend Winter Haven at all.

Annual Family Thanksgiving Getaway

The cabin was great for the 4 of us. We cooked and just chilled while being with each other. No stress and the property manager was wonderful answering all of our questions. This cabin is perfect for being away from the hectic way of life.

Great first night and then...

The cabin was great for one night until our daughter was bitten by bed bugs the second night in the upstairs bedroom. We wrote it off as hives until she awoke at 4 am the third night of our stay and found a live bed bug crawling on her pillow. That forced us to make a swift departure by 5 am. It was difficult packing to make sure we didn't transfer any bed bugs to our home. Once we returned home, we had 3 days of doing laundry to make sure that we didn't bring bed bugs home. This was my first time in 49 years of traveling and staying in hotels, cabins, etc. that I have encountered bed bugs. Until the second night we kept talking about what a great cabin it was...

Charming cabin in the woods

This little cabin was great! It is "fun" to get to. Lots of twisty-turny curves. But pretty well marked. GPS found other ways in and out as well. Couches are lumpy and probably need to be replaced and downstairs bedroom bed was very noisy but comfortable. Only a few little bugs, but it is in the woods, so we didn't think that was bad. It's a little ways out of the down town area but very beautiful setting. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 teens and we had plenty of space. Would definitely consider staying here again!
