    ❤️ The indoor pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

    ❤️ Important to note: Every cancellation is subject to a 3% credit card fee.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. We can't say enough good things and will be telling everyone what a great experience we had!!! Grinning bear is clean, cozy and has every detail thought out for your vacation. The host was fantastic about communicating and we hope to visit again really soon!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to “Grinning Bear Lodge”. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and was truly a Million View! We only saw a few items we would change such as floor vents need replacement, (we couldn’t open our vent in the main floor bedroom, the main floor en suite could use another towel rack and closet, and hooks on the doors or walls would be helpful. The stove top in the kitchen worked intermittently, but the oven and microwave were fully functional. The can opener didn’t work, so you might want to replace that. We’re certainly NOT complaining, but thought you might want a guests observations! Thank you for a beautiful family experience and we would absolutely recommend this house for a wonderful vacation spot!
