I was unable to get in with the code I was given, called the number, it took about 15 minutes but I was given a different code and told the system was down. Checked out the pool first it was cold very cold, tried to call and no one answered. There was no way to adjust the temperature. I called the next morning, they said they would send someone out and fix it. No one came and no call back. I paid a lot of money for a pool I was unable to use!!!!! It was so cold about 65 degrees and did not warm up. I am still trying to contact the right person to resolve my complaint.
