About this property
Heated Indoor Pool · Hot Tub · Theater · Sleeps 20
Summary:
Picture a Smoky Mountain cabin where the whole crew sleeps 20 and nobody has to fight for space. Kids splashing in the heated indoor pool, the hot tub steams under the stars, and the game room upstairs turns cousins into rivals. Mountain views fill the deck, the fire pit is ready, and Dollywood is a short drive away. Rain, snow or shine, this is the trip you promised everyone, with a bed waiting for every one of them.
The Space:
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step through the keypad door and the great room does the talking. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Smokies, a fireplace sets the evening mood, and the open layout keeps a crowd of twenty feeling like one big family room. Then someone wanders down the hall and finds the pool.
The heated pool room is the heart of the stay. It is a true indoor pool heated to 85 degrees year round with marble walls, a deck for lounging and windows onto the mountainside, so swim time never depends on the forecast. A locked door with keypad and splash alarm offer the grownups peace of mind while they finish their coffee on the balcony while the kids enjoy the game room. Out on the elevated deck, the hot tub waits beside rocking chairs and a gas fire pit table, with cafe lights overhead and mountain views beyond the railing. Stay until the stars come out. Rainy afternoon? Head upstairs to the game loft. Shuffleboard, foosball, two arcades loaded with Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger and Galaga, along with a mini bar featuring a beverage fridge keep the rematches going. Movie night? The theater room has comfortable seating for the whole group, a big screen and a snack counter, so popcorn is practically mandatory.
The kitchen was built for a crowd. A big island seats seven, a dining table seats twelve with extra bar seating for three more beyond that, and you will find a dishwasher, a single serve and drip coffee maker, a blender, crock pots and the cooking essentials. For the youngest guests a high chair, a booster seat and kids friendly dishes.
Sleeping arrangements:- Four king bedrooms, each with its own spa quality bathroom- One queen bedroom with mountain views and full attached bathroom- One queen-over-king bunk suite, for the young and young at heart with a private full bathroom- Two sets of twin bunk beds plus One sofa bed in the game loft, the official sleepover headquarters - plus a pack 'n play and a seventh full bath. That adds up to 12 beds and 7.5 bathrooms across 6 bedrooms perfect for large groups. Two bedrooms and a half bath sit on the main level, Three bedrooms plus the bunk loft and game room are on the upper level. While the queen suite, private heated pool, theater are on the lower level along with a washer and dryer should you need it.
LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
You are in Sevierville on the edge of Pigeon Forge with the Smokies as your backdrop, close to everything yet quiet enough for a true mountain getaway. The best nearby perk needs no car at all. Your stay includes free access to the Smith Creek Reserve resort water park, with a lazy river, a splash pad, resort pools, more hot tubs, cabanas, outdoor movies, putt-putt and pickleball. Amenities are seasonal and weather-dependent, and the water park has no lifeguards on duty, so keep an eye on little swimmers.
WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Family reunions: Multiple generations can share one roof without sharing a bathroom. Grandkids claim the loft bunks, grandparents settle into a king suite down the hall, and everyone meets at the long dining tables. Large group getaways: friend groups, milestone birthdays and bachelor or bachelorette weekends find their rhythm between the pool, the game loft and the hot tub, with sleeping space for 20. Families with kids: bunk beds, a splash pad, a lazy river, a crib and a high chair make travel with little ones easier. Rainy-day escapes: the indoor pool, theater and arcade games keep the fun going when the Smokies turn gray.
MIDWEEK GETAWAYS & SMALL RETREATS
Weekdays are the best-kept secret at Smith Creek Reserve: lighter crowds at Dollywood and The Island, and more room at the community water park (seasonal). The dining table for 12 plus island seating for 7 works as a meeting table by day, the theater's 4K screen handles presentations, and a dedicated desk and lightening fast fiber WiFi cover the laptops. Perfect for homeschool families, retirees, reunions, and small team offsites.
PARKING
Twelve free spaces sit right on the property, plus free additional parking for extra vehicles, RV or a trailer. The lot is flat and paved, so unloading is easy no matter what you're driving. There's no EV charger on-site — plan a charging stop nearby if arriving electric.

We came with two large families with kids ranging from 3-15 and everyone loved it. The neighborhood amenities are better than you think and they heated the pool and lazy river anytime it's over 60 for 3 days... That's amazing! Also the indoor pool was great. Kids loved the game and movie rooms. Place is clean and stylish with comfortable good quality furniture. We will be back. Reasonably close to Dollywood and all the fun of pigeon forge.
Held a family reunion at the house. It was perfect the facility had everything we needed from cooking utensils to extra towels. The movie room was awesome fir family movie nights. 13 of us had a truly great time. Perfect location for attractions in the area
This cabin looked exactly like the on-line photos. Picture perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and baking and even had a variety of coffees and tea. There was ample parking. The waterpark was magnificent. You can't go wrong with this cabin.
