  • Our Cozy home is situated in the beautiful mountains of the East Tennessee area. Located at just under 3 miles to Pigeon Forge, 15 miles from Gatlinburg, and 9 miles to the heart of Sevierville we are close enough to enjoy everything on your list! 4 season home with 1100sq. feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 6. Large deck with outdoor furniture and greenery provided, Game Room for kids, BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit available, situated on a private lot surrounded by nature.

Plenty of room for our family of four. A little tricky to find the first time in the dark as it’s off the beaten path. Couldn’t find oven mitts but otherwise equipped for cooking.

It was fantastic! Very cute, very cozy, had all of the amenities we could need and then some. I absolutely loved the swings on the front porch and the layout of the house. It felt like there was plenty of space for 3 adult women without us also feeling too separated. Absolutely would recommend. Maria was kind and helpful when I had any questions, and provided plenty of information about the property and the area.

We had lovely time staying at Maria's place in the Smokies! It's so cute and tucked away in the woods away from all the hustle and bustle. We made a fire and roasted marshmellow's under a blanket of stars and enjoyed some great quality family time. Maria's place has a fully stocked kitchen that we utilized every day. It was very clean and organized when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This was our second stay here, it's a beautiful property! Perfect if traveling with teens,everyone has their own space. The fire pit is wonderful! Maria is a wonderful hostess and great with communication. Highly recommended!

So peaceful

Was wonderful perfect get away tucked on the side of the mountain's. Very peacful and quite and the view is wonderful. Very clean and practical perfect for 2 familys as well.

Peaceful and cozy place

Me and my children enjoyed our stay. This place was very clean and homey. It was close enough to all the stuff we visited. Maria was quick on any questions I had. We will definitely be choosing this place again for the next time we visit.

The place is super nice had no problems. Needed paper towels and a pizza cutter but other than that.

Loved the game room the kids had a blast. Any specials i would love to know for a cheaper rate. Very nice place to stay. Lov3d the porch. Would enjoy staying there again.

Very clean!

The home was very clean with everything you need to stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
