The cabin was full of ladybugs. I know they are a problem in some areas but the floor in the upstairs bedroom was covered in dead ladybugs under the windows. We had to fight them the entire time to keep them off the beds. Light bulbs were out in several rooms and the lamps in one bedroom didn’t work at all. The tv in one upstairs tv didn’t work. So there was several problems we encountered with our stay. The host said they would see that these issues was addressed. Nothing was offered to us to compensate for our aggravation dealing with cleaning up the dead ladybugs all weekend.

Cabin is exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. The kids loved playing Pac Man as wel as the other other games.

We enjoyed the cabin very much! The traffic was very noisy for such a small area. It seems people in TN enjoyed noisy vehicles! But the cabin is very cute and very comfortable.

Very clean

My family and I recently stayed here. The cabin was exceptionally clean! The kitchen was completed stocked with everything we needed, plenty of towels, washer & dryer, and the hot tub was ready to jump in when we got there! Communication with owner was superb! Piece of Paradise

Wonderful property. Clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend. Glad we were here and safe rather than in our hurricane ravaged home town. No power or water at home.

Nice little Cabin

It was a small 3 bedroom so if you plan on staying in the cabin with a family the living room and kitchen are tight and the cabin is very loud you can hear everything inside and out. We didn't spend much time in the cabin so it was fine but if you plan on spending any time in the cabin keep that in mind

Loved Our Stay

This was our second time staying in this property and as before, it didn’t disappoint. We love the convenience of the location, the amenities are great!! My husband absolutely loves playing the arcade games. We will definitely book here again.

Dirty place

Very dusty, was not properly cleaned offered the cleaner to come out a second time and she did still missed the dust behind stuff and fans were covered in dust. Oven was nasty inside. My family and I got skin rashes all over our body.

Independence Day visit

Very comfy place for our family of six. Kids loved the video game machine. Main living area and kitchen made us feel together. 3 big beds was perfect for us. We had a great time in Dollywood and National Park. Remember to write door code because you will probably not get service. KW

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Kountry Lovin. The location was perfect. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood yet within a short drive to attractions. The whole family felt at home with the comfortable beds and the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed starting the day off sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch drinking coffee, and ending the day playing the arcade games or using the hot tub. Overall it was a great family getaway!

This place was a nightmare!!!

First of all, this place IS NOT as described online. This place is outdated and very dirty! The towels were dirty and a couple had blood on them. The kitchen sick hadn’t been cleaned and still had particles of food in it. The downstairs commode had not been cleaned and still had a stain from someone using the bathroom before we arrived. The blinds in the living room and back door were all broken. The front window had a blind on one side and a sheet curtain on the other side. This place is described as being “allergen free” but there was an inch of dust on the ceiling fans, which we took pictures of and the intake/return was covered in dust and the filter didn’t look like it had been changed in a very long time, if ever! I took pics of that as well. The first night we were there, my 33 year old daughter took a bath upstairs and water started leaking in the downstairs bathroom when she started draining the water. The owner/host sent her maintenance guy out and told up the shower curtain needed to go inside the bathtub whenever we showered, but she took a bath and frankly we didn’t see why that would be necessary. Plus, who wants to put a nasty shower curtain in your bath water? Not any of us! Saturday morning, I got up to fix breakfast and the cookware was dirty, I had to wash everything I used. The over looked like it had never been cleaned. There was only one kitchen size garbage bag for us to use and the downstairs bathroom had 2 half rolls of toilet paper. The hot tub looks nothing like the pictures. It looks like it is falling apart and both porches didn’t look like anything had been cleaned in forever! I have pictures of everything! Dated and time stamped! And last but not least, we were visiting as part of a gift for my granddaughters for their birthday and for Mother’s Day! We arrived later on Friday evening and was suppose to stay until Monday. Saturday night, I took a fall on the stairs and broke my shoulder so we had to leave and didn’t get to enjoy the remainder of our stay. The stairs are steep, slick, and not every step is the same size. The lighting is horrible and the railing has large logs that you cannot grip to secure yourself in the event of falling. After reporting this to Kountry, she never even replied! PLEASE, if you care about your family at all, avoid this place at all costs! This place was a nightmare for me and my family and I would never recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful getaway

Cozy cabin with comfortable beds and located close to all of the fun things in Pigeon Forge. The owner was friendly and communicated timely. Will stay again!

Review Closely

Location is close to everything and in a neighborhood with many neighbors and on a sharp incline. The back view is of the neighborhood sewage system and other cabins. The cabin itself was much smaller than it looks in pictures. Bathroom door from the bedroom won't open all the way without hitting the toilet. Hot tub was not usable due to being dirty. Notified owner early in the day. Cleaner showed up after 9:00 p.m. to only add chemicals. We did not use it. We really enjoyed the arcade games, and air hockey as well as the fact there were 3 bedrooms.

Never again

Hot tub was dirty an alot of broken doors,blinds,an fridge had food left. Alot of someones bathroom stuff was left. TV never worked had to login with our stuff to watch TV in our rooms over all very disappointed

Great overall! Highly recommended!

The location of the cabin was perfect! It was literally 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so we got to enjoy all of the attractions without having to drive very far! We loved the cabin especially the hot tub! My son and I played air hockey for 2 hours! So much fun, perfect cabin! The communication with the owner was top notch! Highly recommended for your family or couple get away!
