Everything was awesome. The only problem we had was with the TV in the living room. It was hard to get the programming we wanted or needed and it kept pausing/ freezing up. We were wanting to just relax and rest… we were not into doing the activities such as the shows etc. the shopping close by was great! Would definitely come back to stay again. We are very greatful for the quick and polite service they provided.

Perfect for two families! Throw the kids upstairs and both sets of parents can have own bath and bedroom Downstairs. Loved the hot tub and pool! Little bit of a drive to gatlinburg - almost an hour. But host was awesome getting back with me and would stay here again

Communication with host is almost nonexistent

Cabin was not the cleaniest upon arrival. Bathroom floor was dirty. There was trash in upstairs basket and it wasn't from us. Plenty of beds, loved the pool, and the pool table. Hot tub was a plus. Literally the day we are set to leave, we are taking the trash out, and when we come back in there is a cockroach above the trash can. I informaed the host and have not heard back and it has been weeks. Informed vrbo and haven't heard back sinve the conversation with ab update.

Hardware convention

This was an excellent alternative to staying at a hotel while attending a yearly hardware show. The location was only 10 minutes away from the convention center, as well as close to restaurants, grocery stores and other ammenities.

Check-in was easy and clearly communicated to us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. They provided dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage, and much more. There was a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There was a great microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The kitchen was clean and a good size.

Perfect for teenagers!

The upstairs loft area was perfect for our 4 teenage girls. They had their own balcony area, a pool table, arcade games, internet tv and 2 futons. Lots of seating space downstairs and nice large porch area. The hot tub was definitely a plus and helped keep our girls occupied during down time.

Enjoyable experience

The cabin was nice and we enjoyed our weekend there. The only issue we had was the fireplace did not come on with multiple attempts at turning it on. I sent a message to the manager but never received a reply back. All the other amenities were enjoyable especially the arcade games in the cabin.
