With a COMMUNITY POOL, 3 separate levels, 2 massive decks, STEAMING HOT TUB, HUGE GAME-ROOM, FOUR KING BEDROOMS (each with an enclosed full bathroom), FIVE FULL BATHROOMS, this cabin promises an UNFORGETTABLE ESCAPE for your friends and family.

[HOT TUB WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS]
➣Take in the breathtaking mountain vistas from the comfort of your hot tub, which accommodates up to 6 people.
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.
➣Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival.

➣Due to high mineral content, the water is impacted by Iron & Sulfur
➣The water may have a brown tint or an odor

➣During the cold months we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.

➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies)
➣We ONLY allow dogs. No cats, birds, etc
➣Please enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated; we don't provide crates
➣Maximum 2 pets, 50 Lbs max each
➣Owners are responsible for all damage caused by a pet
➣Pet fee will be charged: $40 per pet per night

➣We strive for perfection but it's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect.
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity not working as intended, then we need to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If not then please book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS won't be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities for full prosecution

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
➣You might lose cell service. Please print directions & instructions ahead of time.
➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[COMMUNITY POOL]
➣Free shared outdoor pool. Open between Memorial day and Labor day weekend
➣Open 9am-9pm. Hours are subject to change without notice
➣We are not responsible for pool closures and we do not refund due to this

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 2 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
