This place was very comfortable & spacious for our family group of 11. Everyone had a great time & we really enjoyed the week we had. Its about a 20 minute drive into town. Several hair pin turns so be very careful at night. Most of our outings were during the day. We wanted quality time for the family and this place provided that. The downstairs area was perfect for the two older grandsons. It has the pool table, movie room & living area with pull out couch & full size refrigerator. Tanger Outlet mall is only 20 minutes away. Its very well stocked & busy. We enjoyed that a couple of days. Since our group was 11, we wished there were a couple more pots & pans because we did all of our meals there. Other than that and the last hair pin turns to get to the cabin, this place was perfect. It definitely felt like home and we loved it!

Nice property

Cabin was very nice and clean. My only issue was the dryer did not work. I notified the host and they responded quickly that someone would be out the next day. That following evening when we return the dryer still didnt work. After several atempt tjey didntntespomd agaim. Dryer never was fixed since 5:30 am)respo ded quickly and said

Christmas cozy

Our family really enjoyed our stay. So much to do right at our cabin for 12 people ages ranging from 5 to 45 spacious accommodations plenty of room for the whole family. From the hot tub fire your pet movie theater room and pool table there was never a dull moment. The only thing that made our stay a little more difficult was not having empty outdoor trash receptacles, and having to drive 30 minutes each way to dispose of trash.

The dirtiest VRBO and worst maintenance I’ve ever stayed at

Dirty kitchen- crumbs in drawers, sticky and dirty utensils, bottom oven drawer had a dried slices tomato and other dried food in it. Dirty and sticky floors- dirty rugsWalked out to the deck and the worst eyesore was a broken (in pieces)white resin tableLoose door knobs and rotten wood door frames. The beautiful windows to see the view - dirty-My family of 5 adults took 2 hours together during our vacation to clean the cabin so we could stay in it comfortably. I spent thousands of dollars for my family to enjoy our time together and was very disappointed.

Ah-Mazing Stay!!!

House was exactly how pictured and described - the perfect size and layout for family reunions. The adults loved playing pool and hanging out in the bottom level while the kids were watching movies in the theater. We enjoyed relaxing around the firepit and one night we made S'mores! The location was great - only about 15-20 minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge and we loved Larry's food recommendations. Definitely check out Gaucho Urbano if you are a carnivore! Would definitely recommend this host and this house to everyone!

Great location-extended UT visit

Great location for family of 11 ages 12-78!! Paired with a UT college visit and meet up with family was perfect—completely avoided often crazy drives into the more popular areas. Only 15 minute drive to some great local dining places and only 35 to UT. Accommodations were great, loved the basement with various activities for kids and adults alike. The communication was very clear of what the rental would have in the way of appointments so was able to plan accordingly. Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

Great Escape

My family rented this cabin for Christmas. It was a little off the beaten path but still accessible. We could easily drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, though Gatlinburg was mobbed for Christmas. Our family had many games of pool, soaks in the hot tub, battles of Ms.PacMan and Frogger, and dinners at the large table. For the most part, we had 7 adults at home with an 8th joining on the last day. We are already talking about renting this place again.

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Kids had plenty to do with the theatre room, pool table and arcade game. Communication was excellent. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

Great property!

Our family (ages 4 to 70) enjoyed the cabin! The 3 levels worked well for everyone in the family. Enough space for those who still need naps, and those who loved challenging each other on the video game system. Really liked this property for the week!

Perfect cabin really cozy feels like home! Spring Break

The cabin was great! The view was wonderful and the adults and kids enjoyed the game room. We all were very comfortable and had plenty of room. I would definitely stay at this cabin again!

Christmas family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous cabin! It has plenty of space and nice amenities including a hot tub, pool table, movie room, arcade game and lots of places to stretch out and relax. Bonus points for snow while we were there! The cleaning crew could do a better job to keep this beautiful cabin in tip top shape.

A little drive from the main drag but no dangerous roads to drive. Plenty of parking and beautiful furniture and decorations. Will be back!

We loved the cabin

It was the easiest process I have ever done when renting for vacation. Everything went smoothly and the cabin was beautiful. It was spacious, clean and just nice all around. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

We enjoyed this house and property very much. We had plenty of space for 3 families ranging in age from 3 to 72. Kids enjoyed the pool table and theater and the dining area was the perfect size. Beautiful views of the Smokey's were an excellent bonus to our stay Stacia and Larry we're very helpful and responsive the entire time.

Simple

Pros Close to town Clean Not much to do at checkout Roomy Basement was nice for thing to do pool table, games and bar. Cons Hot tub was on 70 so could not use the first day. Also kids used second day and got a horrible rash. Bacteria from hot tub. Could not use one room since the bunk beds where unsafe. Owner sent handyman but couldn't fix No instruction book in house. Most cabins have. Couldn't use main TV with cable in living room. Bad cable service. Had to watch a movie or Netflix. Fire pit but no wood. Owner should have some on site.
