Pet Policy – Sweet Seclusion

Pet Fee: $55 per pet, per night

Disclosure & Approval Required:
All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets not disclosed during booking will be considered a house rule violation.

Allowed Pets:
• Dogs only
• Maximum of 4 dogs
• Cats are strictly prohibited due to allergies

Pet Rules:
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Guests are responsible for all pet waste cleanup (indoors and outdoors)

Undisclosed Pets / Violations:
• Undisclosed pets will result in additional cleaning charges
• A $500 fee applies for unreported pets
• Guests are responsible for extraordinary cleaning, sanitization, and/or item replacement caused by pet-related contamination, including bedding, furniture, rugs, and upholstery

Inspection & Enforcement:
The home is professionally inspected after each stay. Any violations discovered during post-checkout inspection may result in additional charges.

Service Animals must be notified to host before booking.

Bear-Safe Trash Protocol
All trash must be placed in the bear-safe containers at the front of the cabin.
Do not leave food or coolers outdoors.

Security Cameras
Exterior cameras are installed for safety. Tampering will result in removal from property.
