    Rain or shine, the pool is always open here: a private indoor pool wrapped in windows so the Smoky Mountain views come with every lap. Awesome Star Splash is a Signature Series log cabin of about 2,585 square feet in the Starr Crest Resort, set just above Dollywood. The two king master suites share the main level with the living space and deck; downstairs is built for a crowd, with the indoor pool, a home theater that seats 9, and a game room with a pool table and arcade.

Clean, views are perfect, pool and jacuzzi. Kids had an amazing time in town and at the cabin. It also came with a full kitchen. Wifi didn't let us down neither. It didn't have dead spots.

Cabin is nice the only thing is we paid too much money for it to not be cleaned properly. The pool and hot tub had too much chlorine.

The check in process was so easy. I received a phone call when the cabin was ready (which was earlier than check in time) with the code for the door. The cabin was as pictured. We really enjoyed having our own private pool to use whenever we wanted. It rained one day of our stay so we spent a majority of the day in the pool. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed the pool table and the games. Check out process was very simple.

Great house for family!

House was gorgeous and views were amazing. The big drawback for us was the fact that the pool was pretty cold, stayed at 82 degrees for our entire stay. This made it not near as usable, kids would play in it as long as they could last but always ended up super cold. There is the hot tub which is nice to have the choice, but we were a disappointed in how cold the pool was. Otherwise, house is really nice, beds and couches are all super comfortable. I would also suggest paying attention to the what to pack list, we have stayed in other houses and have grown accustomed to some of the personal touches but this house lacks them all. We had to buy extra blankets and kitchen is barren.

Everything we had hoped for

We stayed here with our 3 young children and it was perfect for us. The pictures are exact. The cabin was very clean and full of amenities ! The pool was awesome for young kids . We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.
