Update update update

We enjoyed the house to come home to but the house itself is quite outdated and numbered, tv just DON’T work lol it was actually comical how bad it was. Said it was overheating on all the tvs and can’t play, Wi-Fi was a joke to say the least. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves besides the paper thin walls. House was nice and cozy

Not bad but...

Was clean and beds were pretty comfortable but the wifi was super spotty which i understandbut still. We cooked alot but all that was there where hardly any pans to cook with and had get some cheap ones to use for the week. Putting the trash out wasnt fun either do to being the only cabin to not have a cage around the trash but a plastic container that the raccoons got into every night and made the front pouch a mess. Rocks on top of it didnt keep them out. All in all just wasnt great

great accommodations with a marvelous view

Large bedrooms, gracious living / dining / kitchen area, very well-equipped kitchen for cooking for a group. The balcony and the view were a constant delight.

The smell from the land field was so bad we could Not enjoy the hot tub.or even just sitting outside

It was not very well equipped with some things that you need. The extra blankets and pillows were just thrown in the closet floor. Not enough dish soap or soap for the dishwasher. Not enough toilet paper for the people and days .

Rainbow Ridge Cabin

Overall, it was a very nice stay. Carpeting was a little worn, very low water pressure and not enough room for outside garbage and the raccoons kept getting into it.

Family Vacation 2022

First I would like to start with we had an amazing vacation. But… the cabin did NOT meet expectations. The cleaning crew needs to be more attentive to dusting, light fixtures and ceiling fans. They were all dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in months. The sheets in the main floor bedroom did not fit the bed, and the spare sheets available in the room were dirty. The spare sheets located in any of the rooms did not fit the beds. The cookware could and SHOULD be updated. People pay a lot of money to stay there and the cookware is so cheap and beat up. Carpet NEEDS to be replaced. Has to be original carpet. Ceiling fan in lower level room near balcony door shakes and rattles like it is about to come off the ceiling. It is so loud you can hear it on the main floor. The hot tub was empty when we got there. Texted management. Was told someone would come out. That never happened. We just used the hose. The hot tub only got to actual hit temperature one day out of the entire week. The pool is under construction, it appears. Nothing reflects this. We purposefully looked for cabin with amenities so we could have down days at the cabin. We would have picked another place had we known this. There is only a campground like grill out front. All the other cabins have this but also have a gas grill as well. That would be nice considering we had 7 people cook for. The furniture in the lower level needs to be replaced. It’s is the oldest furniture I have ever seen. I didn’t want to sit on it much less would I have slept on the pullout bed. I would not recommend or stay at this cabin again.

Great location with plenty of space

This home needs a little attention to detail. From the cleaning misses, to the filthy throw pillows & the fold out couch from that 70’s show… a few things left us feeling a little uneasy. The bench in the living room you can’t use because it’s glued together crooked. And the carpeting is years beyond needing replaced. We know it’s a rental, but for the price we paid, we expected things to be in great condition. The location is great, quiet neighborhood full of other rentals. The house had way more space than we expected & there were a couple furniture updates from the listing photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cabin okay

Overall the property was okay. Kitchen was not as large as it looked in pictures. Bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty small. Carpet on the stairway not clean. Customer service was excellent. The hot tub did not get hot. We called customer service and they sent someone to fix it right away.

Beautiful property inside and out

We had a wonderful experience. The cabin supplied more than enough space and things to assist with making the stay homey. A few things can be repaired or replaced but very minor. And some of the linen wasnt properly cleaned or replaced. Which was my biggest flaw. Other than that it was amazing

Perfect location and Great Cabin

This was a perfect cabin for our family of 6. We had plenty of space to spread out and all found something different we liked about the space. The hot tub on the balcony was lovely as was the proximity to all that pigeon forge has to offer. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!
