Amazing Stay...highly recommend!

For someone that has worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years I was absolutely blown away with the cleanliness of this room and i'm not easy to impress. I will check a room from top to bottom and this room was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and how conveniently close this property is to anywhere you want to go. We will definitely stay here for all of our future mountain trips.

The 1-bedroom deluxe unit was huge. Lots of storage space. Great location to everything in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Very festive for the holidays. We had a great time and would consider going back again.

Wonderful Experience

Overall we had great experience. The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly. For the most part our room was clean. The bathtub had not been cleaned out, but that was the only issue we had the only time we were there.

Overall a good stay— condo was clean and as advertised. Close to every thing. Only downfall was the pitch to attend the “not high pressure” time share pitch during check in. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Very nice and priced well. Had some reconstruction going on. But very quiet and very helpful. Close to Dollywood and parkway drive What’s this? Will be going back.

Nice clean room - close to everything

This property was great! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The condo was clean up to date and provided everything that you would need. The pool was a little bit of a walk but not too bad. The condo was far enough away to get out of the busy areas but close enough to get anywhere within a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly and helped navigate around traffic and high peek times. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.

Enjoyed the area!

Great location and nice facility. My only concern was there was no silverware in the unit. Plenty of cooking gadgets, but no forks, spoons, ect. Also, the online listing shows a nice balcony view; there is no balcony with this unit.

First time

We were very impressed with this property! Everything was very modern and nice! The room had a lot of space for a very good price. The pools were heated and warm! Although I carry my firearm everywhere I go, it was nice to see the extra security patrol the parking lot at night making sure everyone’s vehicles are safe! That was a huge plus for me because I’ve stayed places where hoodlums jacked cars up and completely stole the tires and rims off of vehicles in the parking lot. We will definitely be staying at this location again!

A great resort

This resort is very clean, quiet and the location is awesome. We don't like to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge (the main drag of the Parkway) and this location is great. Just a little heads up . . . . if you don't need the wristbands (and we've never used them as we do not use the pool), don't TAKE em. That is where the sales ppl will ambush you and try to coerce you into listening to their sales presentation. Just take you room key and bolt for the door! They'll be calling your name but don't look back . . . . just keep walking. Aside from that, we'll stay here every time.

Gatlinburg escape

Very comfortable property. All of the amenities we could ask for to have a relaxing, pleasant visit. A couple things to mention, however. Shower needed a good cleaning as grout looked dirty as if moldy. Also, we were not aware at booking this property was a time share location. So, starting at check-in, we received several messages about attending an informational meeting regarding buying into the time share. Even after telling them we had previously done a time share elsewhere that did not work out for many reasons, (mostly health so not much travel) we were not interested in joining one again. Had we known it was a time share and the calls/messages would be the case, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Thank you.
