1. Young male lobby staff was very unfriendly. Lacked basic hospitality level. 2. Ammenity goods were not properly refilled daily. Example: for two days straight there was no water bottle, toothbrush and raisor refill also was skipped.

Book a 3 bedroom and it is big in size. It can fit another 2 beds easily. Breakfast is disappointing with bread, rice and soups only.

Good budget/midrange option and good value for mon
Well located just a 5 minute walk from metro station and about 30 minutes walk from palaces and 15 minutes from Dongdaemun Market. The hotel is on a side street so rooms are pretty quiet. Decet sized rooms, basically furnished but the basics are there - fast wifi, TV, kettle, fridge (with water replenished daily), toiletries etc. Bed is comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is a bit dated looking and could do with a refurb. Buffet breakfast was quite good - with toast and eggs, soups, rice, Korean sides etc. Breakfast room is a bit small and you may end up sharing table. Little or no English spoken but checkin achieved without any hassle. Good budget/midrange option and good value for money.

I liked the room next to the terrace. The breakfast was sufficient. Most stuff don't speak English and since I don't speak Korean, that meant I couldn't enquire about certain things I wanted to. I was expecting a slightly bigger room, the pictures are a bit misleading in the sense that they don't unambiguously specify which picture for which room.

Good stay
Conveniently located to good food nearby. Excellent range of toiletries although we wished they had a shower curtain. Take exit 5 of Metro station Dongdaemun History & Cultural Park & you will find the hotel on the opposite side of the road. However, be prepared for long flight of stairs as with most of Seoul's Metro stations.

In a great location right in the centre of Dondaemun , but nice and quiet .We were the only westerners in the hotel which was brilliant.Made so welcome ,a lovely breakfast , nice room ,very clean , comfy bed ,just what was required.The free sauna was an added bonus, loved it ,went every day !!

This was very unpleasant experience staying at Youngbin. Quite different from how I read in internet. Staffs were unkind and rude to hotel guests. Sauna staffs were almost forcing to have paid services. Talking down specially to foreign guests. While the cleaning ladies were ok to talk to. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. No one welcome you when you enter the hotel. Reluctant to give meal coupon which they were proud of in the internet. After couple days of stay the front person said I was not a registered guest. Also stated, “you got a special low rate from hotels.com so don’t ask for anything else”. What a comment!! This was the worst hotel I ever been.

Easy to find. Simple breakfast same everyday, just bread, jam & butter, rice. Drink: milk, coffee and orange juice. cleanliness fair. One staff (young guy) is helpful, he lent an umbrella to us on a rainy day. Other staffs are no smile at all. All toiletries available as well as women and men lotion.

Overall is good except no shower curtain
The major concern is the bathroom does not has shower curtain which causes the floor so wet after shower. Otherwise the room is spacious, clean and worth of money.

Excellent place to stay for reasonable price
Location: To those who will check-in here, it is 5 mins walk from Dongdaenum History & Culture Subway Station, Exit 5. It's near Dongdaenum Market and some other attractions. There is a nearby 711 too. There is a 24-hour front desk, communicative english but needs improvement. The younger staff are friendly and courteous. The older staff are okay but they are a bit cold and dry. Upon check-in, i asked for wall power socket adapter. You're required to deposit US$ 1.00 per socked which is refundable upon check-out. Room: I was assigned to room 503. The room is spacious. Clean and well-maintained. It has thermal control, tv, reliable hot & cold bath tub & shower, speedy wifi, hair dryer, kettle, and refrigerator. The toiletries are excellent (for its star), its very complete and it gets replenished everyday: it has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body rinse, body sponge, hand & body lotion, gel, comb, razor, shave cream, cologne, shower cap, cotton buds, toothbrush and toothpaste.For its price range, that is something. The hotel don't provide bottled water. You can get water at the common water dispenser outside. The bed, pillows, sheets, and towels are new, fresh, clean, and white. The bed experience is very good. Free Sauna. On the basement, you can access free sauna. Buffet breakfast truly needs improvement. For 3 breakfast, it only served the same food: mini hotdogs, egg, soup, kimchi, bread. No variance at all. I know it's just complementary. :)

Great location near subway, travel from Incheon to hotel is easy. Room had been clean daily & staff had been very helpful. Value for $$$ to stay in such a big room thou it's abit old but acceptable!!!!

The hotel was old but well maintain. The only set back is there is no ironing board and iron. You have to take the key from the counter and take a lift up to the 5th floor to do the ironing and washing. One the whole, the hotel is very clean and is comfortable. Having dinner is not a problem as there are many small restaurant around the vicinity. However, it is a 15 mins. walking to the nearby shopping centres.

フロント皆さんが日本語対応OKでした。 掃除と言うか、ゴミ捨て・タオル交換・ベットメイクって感じですかね。私はそれで充分です。＜そうじお願いします＞カードが私の部屋にはなかったので、外出時のカギを預ける際に伝えて出掛けました。(たぶん言わなくても大丈夫) 地元の方が、サウナの受付をしているのを結構見たので、人気みたいです。 立地・値段を考えると、次回も候補にしたいと思いました。
