This hotel is in an excellent location, near everything (shopping, restaurants, subway, etc). The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette, washer and dryer. Staff go beyond the call of duty to meet your needs. SL Hotel has a convenience store and a coffee shop in the ground floor

The room is well cleaned everyday. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We came and asked them to print out our e-visa for us and they proceed to print out two copies and put it in a nice folder for us. There is a convenient store right down on the first level and it is well stocked so they have everything you need. The location is also quite convenient to walk to the station or bus stop or the Myeongdong street (about 5-6 mins). They restocked 2 bottled water for us everyday with clean towels. The beds in the room are wide and comfy. The room also has a huge fridge and a washer and a dryer for clothes with cabinets everywhere to put personal belongings away. Overall, I’m really impressed and satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Will be back again if I book another trip to Korea.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made everything much easier. The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Excellent stay and great price and convenient to all attractions. Clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable for 2. Comes with washer and dryer which is a big plus! Would stay here again! Staff also were very nice!

明洞の駅からすぐ。ウルチロまでも歩いていけるし、とても良い場所でした。我が家は子供達が明洞のダイソーに行くと言っていたので、近くてよかったです。何と言っても、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機それぞれあること。これ最高です。初日から洗濯出来るの嬉しかったです。まだ新しいホテルなので、洗濯機もきれい。乾燥も早く、すぐ乾きました。洗剤は日本からドンキで1回分ずつのやつ買って持って行きましたが、ダイソーにも売ってあるので、そんな持っていかなくてもオッケーかな？でも、子供がいると何回も選択するので、とりあえず持っていくと安心です。地図を見て迷わないくらいの場所なのでわかりやすい場所ですが、明洞駅出て左に行くと大きい道路を渡らないといけないところが１つ遠く感じてしまう所かな。でも全然近いですけどね．家族4人で泊まりましたが、やっぱり狭いなーと感じたものの、明洞でこの設備で清潔さあったらいいでしょ。と思います。 あと、トイレが詰まりました💦明日の朝どーなるー？と主人が不安がってましたが、 フロントのすっごくガタイの良いお兄様が夜中部屋に来てくれて対応してくれました。感謝。やはりティッシュは流さない方が良いですね。 総合的にとても良いホテルでした ありがとうございました。

エレベーターが2基しかなく、片方が故障していたので、エレベーターに列ができて待ち時間があった。 人数も多くは乗れないので、キャリーがあるとその分人が乗れないので、何回もエレベーターを見送った。

明洞駅、空港シャトルバスのバス停も近くとても便利でした。 初日ベッドに髪の毛が落ちていたので清潔面では星4つです 洗濯機があり夜は洗濯、乾燥して毎日気持ちよかったです。 一階にカフェ、コンビニがあるのが便利でした。

2日目の夜中2時頃非常ベル(部屋でタバコを吸ったみたい)なって避難したらどうしたの？て感じで説明をしてくれなかった。 非常ベルなんて初めてなのでビックリした。 お茶とコーヒーがあったが補充してくれないので毎日フロントに行ってもらって来た。紙コップも 場所はとても良い場所でした。

英語対応はもちろん、従業員の方次第ですが日本語対応もしていただけたので、安心して宿泊することができました。 ホテルは全体的に綺麗でした。 入口は表口、裏口どちらからでも入れます。 1階にはコンビニがありました。飲食料品はもちろん、歯ブラシや下着など、必需品を忘れてしまった時もすぐに購入できます。 14階にテラスがあって、椅子に座ってゆっくりできます。 そのほかの留意点は以下のとおりです。 ・室内に無いもの 歯ブラシ カミソリ ハンドソープ（ボトルタイプ） ・室内にあったもの シャンプー トリートメント ボディソープ 固形石鹸 バスタオル ハンドタオル 部屋着（白のガウン） スリッパ 金庫 冷蔵庫 テレビ ティッシュ ドライヤー Wi-Fi ・多分ですが、カードキーをドア付近の壁に付いた端末に刺さないとエアコンが動きませんでした（リモコンの電源は入りますが、エアコンの風向口が開きませんでした）。 ・朝出かける時はドアノブに「掃除してください」の札をかけないとベッドメイキングしてくれませんでした（ゴミ箱とシャワールームのマットは交換してくれました）。 ・チェックアウト後はフロントに伝えると荷物を預かってもらえます（おおよその時間を伝えると、荷物と引き換えに時間と番号をメモした券をもらえます）。 ・キャリーバッグの空港配送サービスはやってなさそうです。
