I stay here for over 8 days with my mom and grandma and it was the best also very affordable, rooms had it own mini refrigerator,microwave,washer & a stove. The hotel was fine for the price that we paid (a little less than $100 per night, after taxes and fees). Like others have said, the room was very small - it is a very tight fit when walking around the beds. The area near the hotel (Balsan Metro Station) was interesting - there seems to be a lot of office buildings, so there are a lot of restaurants specializing in after-work dinners. In other words, lots of places where you can eat grilled pork and beef with alcohol. But other than that, not really much to see nearby.

Nice Hotel, 45 mins from many major attractions

The hotel is located on a busy Area. if you love the nightlife and wanted to spend time eating or drinking after a long travel to the city, this is the perfect spot for you. Intercity Hotel is situated 40-50 mins away from the major attractions in Seoul. It is quite boring to wait this much time in the morning, However, coming home after a lot of walking, I love the travel home as long as I can find a seat on the subway. It lets me rest for an hour so I can enjoy a relaxing night drinking beer or eating food just in front of the hotel. The hotel is just 4 mins walk to the Line 5 subway, and it has access to convenience stores like CU G25 and 7/11.
