Friendly staff, spacious room, but weird ambiance

Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors. It felt a little bit creepy as the building was old, elevator was tiny, and there was only one window that was "crank open." The hotel also did not exist on google maps, though it did on Naver with very limited information. Despite this, the staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra blankets, pillows, etc. They also held a lost item we went back for the next day, so no issues with the service. The room and mirrors were all very clean and is made up of old brick walls and black paint. It was roomy enough for 3 people and the bathroom was spacious as well. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the vibes, but the hotel would work for a budget stay or if nothing else is available.

청소 제대로 안되어 있음 욕실에 비누 쓰던거 그대로 있음 욕실바닥 물기 그대로 있음 욕조에 머리카락 많음 수건이 낡아서 걸레 같음 방바닥 먼지 많음 베개 색깔이 누런색임 담배냄새 남 헤어드라이어 낡았음 다회용 슬리퍼 밤새 대실이 많은지 수시로 청소 소리가 남 방음 제대로 안됨 숙박비 12만원 아까움 최악 그 자체.
