地下鉄の駅に近く、繁華街にも程よい距離、コスパ良し

客室も清潔で、従業員の方もとても親切でした。繁華街の近くだったので騒音等を心配していましたが、全く問題ありませんでした。次回もこの近辺に宿泊する際は利用したいです。

交通の便が良い江南のゲストハウス

今回、明朝に地方に行く予定があったので江南に宿をとりました。お世話になった 24ゲストハウス江南、 おばあちゃんが営んでいるアットホームな感じなゲストハウスでした。最寄りの駅からは少しあり(歩いて15分ぐらい) ゲストハウス建物入り口がわかり辛かったです。 予約する時にはトイレ、バスが部屋の中に設置されたいるものだと思ってしたら、無く共同でした。1泊滞在なので構いませんでしたが… 建物斜め向かいにはGS25コンビニがあり重宝しました。バス停留所からはさほど離れてないからバスに乗って江南駅まで6分ぐらいなのでよかったです。

安くて便利良いゲストハウス

部屋は清潔、簡素で寝るだけに十分な部屋でした。トイレ、シャワールームは同じ階で部屋を出たすぐにあり快適でした。 駅からも近く、分かりやすくまた、利用したい。

おばあさんと娘さん？が対応してくれました。優しく色々気にかけてくれましたが、話すのはオール韓国語です。 部屋は広くてキレイでしたし、バスルームとトイレが別であり、共有でしたがどちらも綺麗でした。 立地的にも駅から少し歩きますが、周りにも飲食店やコンビニもあって便利です。

ホテルのお婆ちゃんが可愛いです

可愛いいお婆ちゃんがフロント業務をしてて、とても落ち着きます。朝食付きで暖かくて良いホテルです。ただシャワーがお水になる時があり、シャワー室の鍵がかかってしまったり、設備は改善して欲しい部分があります。でもまた必ず泊まりたいホテルです。お婆ちゃんが可愛い❤️

旅慣れしている方向きのゲストハウス

シングルルームに２泊しました。チェックインは16時でしたが、先に荷物を預かってもらおうと12時に行きました。 エレベーター前に３，４段階段があり、階数ボタン４Ｆにゲストハウスのシールがはってありましたが、フロントは５Ｆでした。 時間が早すぎてスタッフさんがおらず、たまたま面接にきていた方にスタッフをよんでいただきました。 各階セキュリティコードを入力して各部屋に分かれるようになっていました。スリッパはありません。 部屋は鍵タイプです。部屋には、タオル、冷蔵庫、ごみ箱はありませんでした。 トイレ、シャワールームが共同です。男性・女性のシャワールームはそれぞれわかれて廊下の端にありました。 タオルはたくさんあり、きちんと洗濯されていますが、使い古し感あふれます。ドライヤーもあります。 シャワールームのドアは鍵がなかったですが、内側の脱衣所と浴室の間のドアには鍵がありました。 シャンプーのみ置いてありました。 シャワールームがそれぞれ離れてつくられているので、なんとなく部屋の割り振りも男女わけているかと思いましたが、 そんなことはありませんでした。 また、部屋にいて鍵をかけてないと、別の方が部屋を間違えてあけることがあります。 部屋はオンドルがきいていて、暖かかったです。 夜も寒くなかったです。コンセントは２つありました。ベッド脇ではないですが、充電コードが長ければ充分ベッドに届く位置にあります。 チェックアウト時もスタッフさんはいませんでしたが、５Ｆの部屋から声が聞こえたので声をかけると、おばあさんが出てきて対応してくれました。 韓国語でしたが部屋は寒くなかったか、など声をかけてくれました。 全体的に旅慣れた人用という印象をうけました。

글쎄요...

우선 사진을 보고 생각했던 것보다 별루였구요... 예를 들어 작은 냉장고가 있다고 했는데 직접 가보니 없고.. 옆방이 새벽까지 떠들어서... 시끄러운 사람들이긴 했지만.. 그래두 방음도 안되고.. 화장실 청결도도 좋지 않았습니다.. 수건은 담배냄새도 나고.... 침대 매트리스가 너무 삐그덕거리고 안좋아서 다음날 허리가 너무 아팠어요... 게스트하우스 다른 곳도 여러번 이용해봤는데.. 이번은 쫌 실망이네요....

4명이라 4인실 예약했는데 당일 오전 전화와서 방이없다고 2인실 3인실 나눠준다고 한것부터 별로였고 난방이 안되서 방이 너무 추웠어요 특히 아침에 샤워하는데 계속 찬물만나오고 따뜻한물 한 20초 나오다가 다시 찬물 반복 덜덜 떨면서 샤워하는데 정말 짜증났음 무엇보다 방에 먼지떼는 돌돌이랑 냉장고에 빵을 놔두고 가서 다시 찾으러갔는데 거기 젊은 여자 직원이 그 돌돌이가 자기네거라고 우기는데 어이없었어요 냉장고에 빵도 없었다고 잡아떼면서 우기다가 나중에 아 본것같다 이러고.. 돌돌이만 받아오고 빵은 그냥 드시라고 하고 나왔네요

清潔感のあるゲストハウス

ビルの3F~5Fにあります。行きは少し迷ってしまいましたが、1度場所を覚えれば大通りからもそれほど離れておらず、江南という事もありゲストハウス周辺にはお洒落なカフェやレストランが多くあります。部屋の壁は薄いようで若干隣の部屋の生活音が聞こえる時もありましたがそこまで気になりませんでした。ホテル周辺は夜も静かでよく眠れました。ツインルームに宿泊しましたが、ベッド２台とテレビがあるだけのシンプルな部屋でしたが清潔感があり空調もしっかりしていて過ごしやすかったです。強いて言うならば鍵の調子が悪かったりテレビがずっと「信号なし」と出てうまく付かなかったり(使い方の問題？)しましたが、それ以外は不自由なく過ごせましたし一日中出かけていてゲストハウスで過ごす時間は寝る時位だったのであまり気にしませんでした。ゲストハウスを経営しているおばあちゃんはとっても優しくて人の良い方ですが、日本語は通じません！韓国語で何とかやり取りをしました。滞在2日目の時にいたお姉さん(娘さん？アルバイトスタッフ？)は英語でも意思疎通できそうですがいつもいる訳では無さそうです。基本的にはおばあちゃんと韓国語でコミュニケーションを取るつもりでいたほうが良いと思います。個人的には、清潔感があり夜も静かで飲食店にも困らずおばあちゃんの優しさが嬉しくとても気に入ったゲストハウスだったので、次回またリピートしたいと思っています(ㅍvㅍ)

침대시트 교환뿐만 아니라 방청소도 안해주고 부탁해도 오히려 소리를 치르는 최악호텔

이런 호텔은 영업 정지시켜야 한다. 시트가 말리지 않았다고 오후 9시를 넘어도 교체해주지도 않았다. 그렇다면 손님을 받지 말아야 하는 것이 아느냐고 말했더니 지금 저녁 밥을 먹고 있는데 밥도 막지 말라는 거냐고 저에게 소리를 쳤고 제가 돈을 돌려 달라고 했는데 1시간 있으면 돈을 돌려줄 수 없고 아직 돈받지도 않았다고 거짓말을 해가며 저를 매우 괴롭혔다. 인터넷으로 돈을 다 지불했다고 했는데 호텔 주인 할머니가 "내가 돈을 받지 않았는데 왜 돌려줄 수 있냐"고 계속 소리를 쳤다. 방은 청소도 하지 않앗고 전에 숙박한 사람이 깍았던 것으로 추정되는 손톱이 흩어져 있었다. 위생상태도 최악이다. 부엌은 폭염인데도 절대 냉방을 해주지 않아 거기서 식사를 하라는데 할 수가 없었다. 폭염 때문에 부엌에 있는 것이 매우 힘들엇고 머리가 아팠다. 방에 쓰레기통도 없고 휴지도 없고 돼지 같이 지내라는 것과 같았다. 최악의 호텔이다. 레지던스라는 저격이 없다. 영업정지에 해당된다.

지방에서 강남근처 약속있을 땐 최고!

평점보고 우연히 머물렀는데 처음에 간판을 잘 못찾아 헤맨것 제외하고는 가격대비 대만족입니다. 침대는 깨끗하고 푹신하며 소음도 거의 없습니다.

역에서 가깝고 시끄럽지 않았던 위치

역에서 멀지 않아 찾아가기 어렵지 않았고, 큰 도로변에 있지도 않아 시끄럽지 않아 좋았습니다. 방안이나 복도, 방 밖 여러 곳에 있던 화장실 겸 샤워실들 모두 깨끗했습니다. 깨끗했던 점이 제일 맘에 듭니다. 인자한 힐머니가 관리하신 점도 맘에 듭니다. 욕실에 수건, 샴푸 비누 등 완비. 아침에 달걀과 커피, 토스트를 셀프로 깨끗한 식탁에서 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 가격도 적절하고, 여러 면에서 다음에 이용해도 손색이 없는 곳입니다. 잘 쉬고 왔습니다.

江南区でお手軽に泊まる。

地元食の食堂、パン屋、スタバ、コンビニ、カフェ、マッサージ店が近くにあり、地下鉄2号線のセロン駅そばで、立地は最高。日本語の分かるスタッフもおり、部屋も綺麗でテレビ、冷蔵庫があり、ビジネスホテルの代わりでも充分満足できます。また次回も利用したいです。

게스트하우스 치고는 너무 아니다 싶었어요

침대가 무슨 전시장 처럼 쫘악 깔려있어서 무슨 난민 수용소 같았어요. 아무리 강남이지만 이건 고시텔보다 더 초라했습니다.
