Quiet Lake House 5 Min from Clemson University

Enjoy this peaceful lake view home while you are in town to watch the Tigers play, take a fishing trip, hike the many waterfalls in the area, explore beautiful Upstate SC, or just spend some time playing on Lake Hartwell.
There is space at the top of the driveway to park a trailer. Walking, you can cross the lower road and be at the lakefront. If you are bringing work, we have a dedicated workspace set up for you in the master bedroom - right next to the upper deck, with a view of the water!

Baseball Weekend
Great location to Baseball/softball fields and very little traffic on that side of town. The listing had hot tub on the amenities but there is not one. It definitely has the feel of a rental and not someone’s weekend home. Very Clean! Lots of usable space. Overall it was a great place.

Thanksgiving Retreat
We enjoyed your home, however compared to previous homes we have stayed in there was very little in the kitchen to use for preparing food. There were plenty of dishes, but only one pot and skillet and baking pan. I did not find any mixing bowls, hand mixer or cutting board. Other items were missing, but those were the main items that were expected to be included in the normal cookware supply. You have plenty of cabinet space, so am that is not a problem. The lighting switches were also confusing to use - it might be helpful to label the switches themselves. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Great for visiting kids at Clemson
We stayed for parents weekend with another couple who also have children at Clemson for parents weekend. The house was lovely. We were able to serve our kids and some of their friends a home cooked meal. It is in a great location and very clean and hospitable! We will definitely like to go back.

We were sad we didn't use the house more!
Great property on a very peaceful lot. This has all the amenities you need and is a stones' throw away from Clemson (as we were there for orientation). Very clean, very modern, very comfortable and great communication with Jennifer (the owner). Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip
Loved the house and location! The lake across the street was nice for us to swim at. ( I would say it didn’t say in the description how the trail was it was a little hard to take with littles) the patio area was beautiful with the lights and overall we had a great experience!
