Beautiful hotel in an ideal location for hiking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great - plenty of options. Room was clean and comfortable.

We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing beautiful place to stay in Val Gardena. The spa area, breakfast, dining, staff, outdoor pools and field with sun chairs were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

all staff were amazing. we interacted with front desk and waiters. the breakfast buffet was robust and yummy. the spa was the best we have ever had in Europe. location was convenient and parking easy.

This hotel was super - can’t fault it. The room was comfortable and clean, reception was helpful and friendly and the view from the terrace was spectacular - we enjoyed some early evening drinks. We chose to have dinner in the hotel and it was superb - really delicious. It is a great location for exploring the dolomites

Hotel pequeño con mucho encanto. Todo muy bien cuidado y con instalaciones estupendas. El restaurante ofrece comida excelente. La localizacion muy buena al lado del remonte y a 15 minutos caminando al pueblo.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! The property is in a fantastic location, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and they have thought about every possible detail you can think of, especially for families with toddlers. Breakfast was delicious. The property is stunning and kept in pristine condition. We will absolutely be coming back the hotel when we visit the region again in the future.

My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei.

Ok. I stayed here around the 2nd week of September 2026 for 5 days. Everything about this place is wonderful. It has a nice view, the staff are wonderful and will check up on you and your needs, they have plenty of amenities and great location. Always had room service and they will clean up pretty well. The Col Raiser gondola is behind it so you already have one thing to do if you run out of things to do. Lol. Breakfast has a lot of selections, dinner is different every night. Sometimes a course meal, sometimes a buffet, it was really nice and as a solo traveler who don’t want to think about where to eat at night after I’ve done a lot of hikes in the morning, that was a good option to have. Shoutout to the servers Ricardo, Alejandro, and Antonio. I asked for employee’s name but forgot about some of them. The lady receptionist in the AM and the man in the PM is also wonderful as well as the chef they are all just pleasant people. Thank you again for making me feel welcomed.
