「I made a last minute booking at The Glen and enjoyed it. Before I checked in, they messaged me to see if I would need a supper reservation. The host met me when I arrived later, and my room was comfortable. I went and sat in the front room for a bit in the evening, and the host came out to turn on the gas fireplace for me. 「There was no one at the desk. Self check in via the hotel email. Room was on 2nd floor up two flights of winding stairs not easy to maneuver with luggage. Limited food at the hotel. Did have free parking. Very old building not handicap accessible. Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very small couldn’t open the door all the way. Not recommended for older people or anyone who can’t do stairs.」
