"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

We contacted Meg and Pete before booking and they were happy to accommodate a special request for us which was very kind as they did not have to. They were great hosts and super responsive. "Found this to be an excellent choice of hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Loved having pillow choices. Pool/sauna/steam room a bonus. There was a good range and choice of food and drink options. Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice. Had evening meal in restaurant, excellent. Definitely will stay again."

"Our stay was a last minute decision and we were luckily to get a room for too nights. We also had our little dog with us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts was lovey and had a good choice. They even gave our dog a sausage, which he enjoyed. The room was small but clean and tidy. The only draw back is that the room was on the top floor, with a lot of stairs to climb. It seemed extra long in the night when the god needed to go to the toilet. But we managed and it was fine."

"Had booked a single room but on arrival found out I had been upgraded to a double. Happy days. All staff I encountered, especially the breakfast employees, were so helpful, kind thoughtful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough even with my dogs bed. Shower was efficient and so the hotel was quiet at night. Only gripe - tea bags were not what I’m used to and not great. Otherwise ideal stay. Great vfm too. "
