Central to shops, grocery, the airport, and major freeways, but also on almost an acre of land. Modern and updated with large east-facing (sunrise) windows in each bedroom, overlooking Miller Creek. During the summer, you can see ducks and beautiful rhododendrons.
The space
Full private kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, private entry, new gas furnace and double pane windows for extra warmth. Comfortable sized bedrooms. Private living room with electric fireplace.
Guest access
Guests have full access to backyard space, with outside eating area, and Miller Creek
Other things to note
This is a daylight basement on a rambler home. Private entryway towards the east side of the home, near the creek.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am

Do not flush baby wipes, make up wipes, hair, or anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Fines can result in $500 plus fees.

No smoking inside the home. Deep cleaning fee starts at $500 and up.

Please do not use bath or hand towels for cleaning anything other than a clean body. There are yellow cleaning towels under kitchen sink. Fees for replacing damaged/ stained towels start at $25 per towel.
