This is a northwest living with a palms spring feel. This home sits on an oversized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountain for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds Private Compound . Absolutely wonderful stay. Nice neighborhood that's just minutes away from Lynnwood Center. Great pool and spa. Kitchen was clean and full of every appliance you could need. I really appreciated the host's correspondence with any questions I had. We were able to have a fantastic week here.

Perfect for what we needed.

We stayed there with family for our son's wedding. It was great fun. Loved the pool, game room and large kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Great communication too. I would stay again.

The house is beautiful overall, it’s very clean, got all the necessary equipment we needed. The host was very helpful, helping me with questions that I have for. And the pool and spa was just perfect, a good way to spend our days here with friends and family. I’ll definitely come back here.

This property is amazing. The photos do not donthe place justice. Everything is amazing from the time younwalk through the doors. My children ages 6 to 13 loved the game room , i would be lying if i didnt say so did the grown-up

Lovely Home

I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

Great space for family stay

Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wash several of the dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The game room was great, but 3 out of the 5 pinball machines were broken. The sauna was not working either, but the host graciously offered to have the sauna and pinball machines fixed during our stay.

Pastor's Wives Retreat

It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker

A hidden gem

My children and I stayed for 3 nights in January 2025. The house was clean, spacious, gorgeous and had a great layout. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate a family size of 5 to 8 people plus. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was delightful. The game room was a hit and the living room upstairs had the perfect setup for movie nights. Alderwood mall is only a 15 minute uber away. The only thing that could improve the property might be some sort of shade or blinds in the two living rooms. Will stay again. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.

Great house for a large group

Our family of 12 spent a week at the house and enjoyed our time there. We had plenty of individual and common space and were able to enjoy the various amenities: hot tub, pool, game room, outdoor patio area, and grill. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. The house is nicely located to downtown Edmonds and a managable drive to downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. The only issue is that the commuter train is fairly limited on its schedule so not necessarily a great option to get into Seattle with a large group.

Perfect Staycation Family Reunion

Resort feel family home. Perfect for our family reunion to reconnect in comfort and style. Everything was perfection. We really enjoyed the pooll. It was very clean and private. The balcony overlooking the pool was a favorite gathering spot. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable for us all to have are own space and spread out. We took a morning walk on the Interurban trail accessed from a nearby park less than a 10-minute drive away. There were many great restaurants to choose from. Everyone had the best time. Host Kely was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return for another stay in the future.

Weekend stay

We were a group of 6 that stayed for a weekend. Our stay was pleasant. The fun features of the house like pinball machine and sauna were wonderful. We were a nonprofit board on a board retreat, and so we spent the entire weekend at the house. The location was very convenient for us. We did find much of the seating - upstairs couch and dining room chairs to be uncomfortable for long periods of time. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Since the hot tub is attached to the pool it seemed like the water from the pool was crossing the wall into the hot tub, likely because of the recent rain. But since we didn't try the hot tub it's hard to say.

Amazing Spring Break

Our stay was amazing! This beautiful house had something for everyone. Our group consisted of 5 adults, 3 teens, and 2 children. The pool was a favorite. However, it is not heated unless you request it and you are charged an additional fee of $100 per day (just an FYI). The hot tub & sauna were big hits with the adults & the kids enjoyed the game room. It was clean & up-to-date. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough bathrooms for our large group. The kitchen is nice and spacious. Although, the smoke alarms are highly sensitive and they went off a few times during our stay. Visiting the Edmonds marina was one of our favorite outings. There are so many beautiful parks and trails to explore. We are very happy with trip and rental and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Edmonds

Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)
