~~ About the Apartment ~~
Up the elevator to the 19th floor, a few shorts steps, and walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in almost 1400 square feet. Of course, free wifi is included!
Living Room ~ The living room features two sofas and is tastefully decorated in modern shades of cheerful green. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. You won't miss the city views from high up. There is a flat screen TV, stereo, and DVD player if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our queen sized Aerobed if you need extra sleeping space (no sleeper sofa).
Kitchen/Dining ~ Right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with four stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the gray quartz counter tops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. Near the windows is the dining area for four, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar, so 8 guests can eat at one time.
Balcony ~ The balcony is just off the living area, and overlooks (19 stories up) 1st Ave.. There are chairs and a small table out there for hanging out with family and friends. The city views are great and you are right in it! The Seattle Art Museum's iconic "Hammering Man" is right below you.
Primary Bedroom & Bath ~ The primary bedroom is large enough for a comfortable pillow-top king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention closet space. Golden luxurious bedding only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the 40 inch flat screen TV. Past the closet, you'll find your private bath, complete with tub/shower and plenty of counter and cabinet space. It is also remodeled with gray quartz counter tops and includes towels, soaps, shampoo and a hairdryer.
Second Bedroom ~ Opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom is the 2nd bedroom also featuring a king bed, nightstands and a closet. The second full bath is just outside this bedroom as well.
Main Bathroom ~ Also spacious is the full bath with tub/shower, which is also remodeled with quartz counter tops. The green tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as a hair dryer.
Third "Bedroom" or den ~ Not a true bedroom with a door, but an additional sleeping space outside the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (across from kitchen - see floor plan photo). We have a day bed with trundle, so 2 twin mattresses with bedding. Trundle mattress is memory foam. There is a privacy curtain as well.

Take the Link Light Rail and get off 2 blocks from Harbor Steps at Symphony Station on 3rd Ave and Seneca ($3 one-way).
If early check-in isn't available, you can leave your things with the front desk (or after 11am check-out).

This is the absolute best location to stay in when in Seattle. You are close to everything! The space was perfect for my brother and his wife/daughter to share the apartment with. Will definitely be back when I return to Seattle.
Very comfortable - excellent location. Fun views and accessible to everything we wanted to do. Communication with Debra was easy and she was always prompt in her replies. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was in a great location. Walking distance to the Market and the waterfront. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived early and were able to check our bags at the lobby until the room was ready which allowed us to go walk around and see the city.
This property was the perfect rental for us. It was comfortable and provided us plenty of space for our 3 night stay. But the real bonus is the location!!!! So easy to access all the highlights, and since that was our 1st visit to the city, that’s what we wanted. We also enjoyed 2 restaurants right near the lobby (Vons and Thai), and they were excellent!!!
The location of this property is awesome! You can walk everywhere including to the sports stadiums and there are restaurants, shops, and the market within minutes. The only negative was the missing concierge at check-in. We’d highly recommend this property.
This is our second time staying at Harbor Steps (different units) and we were quickly reminded why we love it. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal which was handled very promptly thanks to the property manager. The location can’t be beat, we parked our car upon arrival and it didn’t move until we departed. Close to many of Seattle’s touristy highlights and comfortable accommodations.
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Seattle, easy to get to from the airport on the light rail. Easy walk to the water front and to the ball park…easy to get to the mono rail to take in a Kraken game.
The apartment itself was very clean with lots of room for our party of 4, and could easily accommodate 2 more people.

Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We were able to walk to the waterfront, pikes market and to the pioneer square. You could walk to the Space needle however we took public transportation. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and very roomy.
This property is in a great location. Very close to Pike Market. We walked to everything we wanted to do - including the Space Needle. Lots of restaurant options close by. The property was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was time consuming and had a little difficulty getting to the property. The parking garage is large, but very tight to maneuver around in.
The property is as advertised. Close to all downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. Downtown at night is a little scary if you have children. The host, Debra is excellent and responded right away when we were having trouble signing in to the TV. She is an excellent host. The place was very clean.
We spent 3 nights at this location before we went on an Alaskan Cruise. The location is perfect for exploring the Seattle area. My husband and I celebrate our 35th year anniversary and my 60th birthday. My son and his wife and my daughter and her boyfriend joined us and the place was roomy enough for us all. Our host Debra was always helpful when i had any questions. I highly recommend this place and I myself would stay there again.
This stay was in the perfect location for tourists. You can walk to Pike Market, you can walk to the waterfront, you can walk to the monorail that takes you directly to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Gardens, and you can walk to restaurants and bars. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a nice amenity.
Debra was a great property manager and was quick to answer.

Perfect location! Apartment was very clean. It was a really nice size for the 4 adults and 2 teens I was traveling with. The dining table only has 4 chairs and no extra ones to pull over to use. I wish there were 2 more- even folding chairs in a closet would work. Nice amenities in the complex. Not all were in our building but we were able to easily get into the other buildings. Communication was great from booking through check out. It was nice to have parking available in the complex. Make sure to read the description they give you about the parking carefully. I was glad we did. There were plenty of spots but everything is very tight with low ceilings. There was one small downside to the layout of the unit. The den is tucked away (which is good) but the people in one of the bedrooms have to walk through it to use the bathroom. It would not change my opinion about the place but it is good to know in case that would be an issue for your group. If I travel to Seattle again I would definitely stay here.
