  • The Greenwood Getaway is a private apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. It's a modern space that has great views, a multitude of amenities, and proximity to Greenwood Ave. This unit is designed for function and comfort. Greenwood Getaway is half a block from Greenwood Ave which provides great coffee, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also located just a couple blocks away frombeautiful Greenlake and everything it has to offer! The space is equipped with a full kitchen which includes a full-sized range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Also included is a washer/dryer for those long trips.

This place is very nice and clean. Everything you might need is there for you! Decorated very nice everything is new super nice place to stay and close to everything easy to get around. Definitely recommend staying here for 2 people was perfect

LOVED IT

Absolutely immaculate little place, perfect for solo travelers and couples. I really appreciated the little touches, how easy it was to check in, the keurig, the little kitchen items, how absolutely CLEAN the place is, even the multi-port usb charger in the bedroom. The area was SO quiet and a short drive from anywhere you'd want to go. absolutely recommend staying here!

Great Christmass stay

Straight out of a design magazine

This little place is laid out perfectly with top end appliances and design straight from a HGTV show! A very short walk to nice restaurants on Greenwood Ave or down to the community’s favorite lake with walking path and cute spots to eat!

This VRBO was wonderful! The owner helped carry luggage upstairs to the separate 2nd floor apartment. The place was lovely- modern, every amenity you would want! Excellent design and so comfy! Would love to stay here again.

Great Stay In Greenwood

We used the Greenwood Getaway as our base for a 10-day visit to Seattle. It's modern, comfortable, and in a great location. We were luck to have great weather for daily walks down the street to Green Lake. A nice selection of restaurants and a nice grocery store are steps away. We hope to be back for more extended stays.
