Charming Craftsman home w/ stunning lake and mountain views! Great for families!
Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. The house is full of charm, natural light, and lake and mountain views! It's in a perfect location to enjoy both the city and natural beauty of Seattle.
We are moving out of town for a year, and are looking for long stays of 8-11 months.
It features a large deck and an enclosed back yard. The house has three spacious bedrooms, and a perfect home office, and a den. It's located a few blocks from Lake Washington and a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the Columbia City neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes, bars, a natural grocery store, a movie theater, and a Link Light Rail stop! This is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle and has so much to explore.
We are open to renting it furnished or partially furnished. It's a perfect home for a couple or family with kids(enclosed backyard with trampoline). You will love it!
