Great Stay

Brian’s property was perfect for our weekend getaway in Seattle. It is a great location and you can walk very easily to all of the main attractions in Ballard. The apartment was very clean and easy to find, convenient off street parking, and the host was very communicative with us. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The place was clean, it was conveniently located and you get to park right infront. It was a quiet neighborhood with nearby walkable coffee shops and eats. Highly recommend this VRBO!

The apartment was the perfect location for our Seattle stay. Ballard is a wonderful and walkable neighborhood full of shops, bakeries and incredible restaurants. We stayed 5 nights in this great spot and felt perfectly at home. On-site parking is a plus as street parking can by tricky. The home was everything we'd hoped for and exactly as described. Having Brian as our host was an added bonus as he was super quick with communication! Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!

Ballard apartment

The 2 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, perfectly furnished, and in a great location close to Ballard’s restaurants and attractions. Th living and dining areas are not large, but were perfect for our group of 3. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy little perfect place for our short stay

Clean, full of amenities with everything you need for your stay. Location is great close to everything. Highly recommend.TV remotes batteries were even low and sure enough they had replacements already in a drawer. That’s the level of thoughtfulness from the owner.

Nice, new, and modern

Wonderfully appointed with beautiful, modern decor. Plenty of space for three adults or two couples. Some traffic noise, but park six feet from the front door. We would book again without hesitation.

Quiet, convenient, had everything we needed

This apartment was a joy to stay at; yes, the furnishings were new and all was very neat and attractive, but better yet was that the kitchen had all necessary items (like measuring cups!), closets had hangers, bedrooms were large enough to move around in. We could just move in and start enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Ballard Stay

Apartment was just as advertised, very clean and in a great location. Close to Ballard restaurants and a QFC grocery store. Parking for your car right in front of your door. Host is great, replies right away to any question you may have. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Clean and Cozy

Great communication and the place itself was clean and cozy. We flew into Seattle to surprise family so we knew we only needed a place for just 2 days. But it was so comfortable and clean and cozy that we wish we could have extended our time there. It was nice to have our own space that was clean and very well put together with amenities for pretty much anything we could have asked for. We will definately be booking again when we come visit.
