Perfect place for our stay, safe and friendly neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and I loved having a dedicated parking spot. Close to many great things for walking anf a quick drive to Pike Place ect. Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay.

The apartment was the perfect location for our Seattle stay. Ballard is a wonderful and walkable neighborhood full of shops, bakeries and incredible restaurants. We stayed 5 nights in this great spot and felt perfectly at home. On-site parking is a plus as street parking can by tricky. The home was everything we'd hoped for and exactly as described. Having Brian as our host was an added bonus as he was super quick with communication! Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect property for a great Ballard experience! The apartment was appointed well and meticulously cared for. I especially liked having a parking space right outside the front door. It made packing and unpacking extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Super nice little place

Had a great trip to Seattle. The little place we rented worked great for our family of four. Very nice and clean place. Location was amazing, parking was great, made it easy for unloading luggage as you can back up right in front of your door. Very convenient. Would definitely rent it again

Perfect for a family of 4

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment in Ballard. The space was just the right amount for myself, my husband, and two kids (4, 1.5). We were easily able to set up a pack-and-play in the room with the smaller desk. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. Having a parking space out front was extremely convenient!The area is residential, with people out running or walking dogs, and yet it was still super convenient to see the Woodland Park Zoo, the Seattle Aquarium, the Children's Museum, and the Golden Gardens Beach. Lots of yummy restaurants within a short drive (and probably walking distance for some things, but we come from a city where driving is the default mode of getting anywhere).We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!

A delightful, very tasteful and thoughtful compact urban space that delivered comfort, peace, and convenience. It is exactly as it looks and supremely cared for. The aroma is fresh, the air is cool, and the furnishings comfortable.Your host for this place is the literal best host I've ever interacted with on VRBO. I give it a full 10 out of 10 and promise you won't be disappointed...because if perchance you ARE disappointed you probably should avoid VRBO and just stay at the Ritz lol!In all seriousness, top-notch lodging and treatment and my deepest thank you to the hose.
