Welcome to the ideal Oregon Coast vacation home, no matter the season!

Located just 100 yards from the Seaside Prom, this sparkly clean, newly built home is also conveniently close to popular local attractions, including the famous Seaside Aquarium, Broadway coffee shops and restaurants, and the Necanicum River, where you can fish or toss crab pots into the water for those who have a taste for Dungeness (a shellfish license is required). Extra fun can be found 10 miles south in Cannon Beach, at golf courses throughout Gearhart, only two miles away, and just 17 miles north in and around the City of Astoria.

Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the sparkling, well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, and then relax in the tranquility of the comfortable living area where you can gather in the glow of the gas fireplace for good conversation or switch on the TV for movie nights. The home includes four TVs, one in every bedroom and the great room. Meet up around the long dining table for family-style meals or to sample some of the vintage board games, or make your way out to the garage for a friendly Ping-Pong tournament.

This home also includes a quiet area and high-speed 500mbps WiFi for remote work or schooling while you're away. A Pack 'n Play, two baby gates, a booster seat, and a high chair are provided for younger guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family getaway

Perfect spot for our post-Christmas holiday with 2 young adult children and dog. House was spotless, beds extremely comfortable, easy to relax at home or explore the area. Both dog and her humans very pleased with the long walks on the beach through the dunes! Would stay again!

Beautiful Home that provides an overwhelming welcome feeling of comfort and security.

Great visit

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Just off of the promenade in Seaside, it’s an easy walk to the cute little town or out to the oceanfront. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great House, Great Location

The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and has all the modern conveniences. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and is located just a few houses down from the beach and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the house. Clean, updated. Beautiful. It is located so close to the prom and ocean. An easy walk to restaurants. We put it on our list to stay there again.

Very nice stay... but ants

The home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach. The house is new and clean. Aside form a few inconveniences (towels still in the dryer, dishes clean, but in the dishwasher), we had a great stay.However, there were ants in the kitchen. We moved our donuts into the fridge, and it worked out fine.

Very clean, close to the beach

Pristine and functioning 3 bedroom house. Well stocked kitchen and a clean BBQ. Master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 twin) on the second floor. Very close to the northern starting point of the promenade.

Beautiful, comfortable home

This property is very nice inside and out. The landscaping is beautiful and the yard is very private. It's nice to have the rocking chairs on the front porch and the firepit table in the side yard as well as the natural gas grill. The colors, furnishings and decor are lovely but also very comfortable. The linens are excellent quality and there were plenty of them. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptionally nice place to stay. It is also very close to north end of the promenade and the beach. Perfect location!

Great place and a great location.

The house was wonderful. Great location and beautiful home. We loved our experience. It was amazing that we were able to enjoy it with our working dogs as well. The house was very dog friendly and super clean. The only downfall was that we learned that one of the plants in the backyard is dangerous to dogs. Unfortunately one of our dogs got a bit sick from the plant. We learned that the hard way. We would have loved to book it again for next year, but the price nearly doubled for the same time next year. We’d love to stay again! Well worth the price we paid.

Perfect place in Seaside!

We loved this house! The whole family agreed that this was our favorite place on our road trip down the Oregon coast. Would have loved to have spent more time there. It's in a quiet, safe location with a very short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Great towels and linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap in bathrooms, Kcups/tea/spices in kitchen and laundry supplies. Owners have put together a house manual with directions for everything in the house that you might need. The feather bed in the primary bedroom was so heavenly that I ordered one as soon as I got back home. Wish we would've been there long enough to enjoy the outside spaces (firepit, grill). Everything was great at this house. You won't regret staying here!

Total Perfection

Arriving at this sparkling clean & comfortable house (after two terrible nights in another house from an established "local" company that was filled with mold and filth) was like a beacon in the night. Rooms were spotless, house smelled great, everything was better than expected! They really thought of it all from the warm sand rinse shower outside, to lots of fluffy clean white towels in the bathrooms, to electric blinds in the living room! The fenced yard is adorable, comfortable, and quiet. Loved that everyone had their own TV. We will return! And THANK YOU for caring about keeping things so clean!!!

Little Gray Dove Cottage (its actual name) is superb. Well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated and walking distance to the beach and about a mile from Broadway shops. We loved it and would happily recommend it.
