1005 Crooked Oaks Lane

This fabulous (1) small dog friendly (25 lb. limit) home in the St. Christopher Oaks neighborhood is perfect for your family vacation. An open living area, four large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an upstairs den offer plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather. Pet fee applies.

The home features many upgrades including hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, new furnishings, and so much more. Overlooking the 16th tee of the par 3 on Crooked Oaks golf course, you can spy on the golfers and Seabrook's wildlife from the decks and screened porch. This home is a short bike ride (about a mile) to the Beach Club pools, Pelican Beach, clubhouse, and golf courses.

The open living area has a fireplace with a 50" HDTV mounted over. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows or movies. The sun room offers additional space for sharing time with your guests or just relaxing. The wall of windows overlook the golf course and natural landscape. The dining area has a large table that seats 8. There is additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. The kitchen features granite counters, high-end appliances and custom, well-stocked cabinets. Off the entry halls is a powder room with a pedestal sink. Step through the doors in either the sun room or living room to the screened porch where you can sip cool drinks or dine around the table for six.

There are four large bedrooms in this home. The 1st floor master suite has a king bed, HDTV, en suite bath and access to the screened porch. The en suite bath has a double sink, granite topped vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Head upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms and den. At the top of the stairway is a den with a 40" HDTV and sofa that opens to a queen bed. This great retreat is perfect for the kids. The 2nd bedroom is very private and can be used as a separate master suite. It has a queen bed, HDTV, and access to a deck overlooking the golf course. The en suite bath has a large shower and soaking tub. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, crib, Smart TV, and access to a private covered deck. The 4th bedroom has a king bed and desk with doors leading to the back deck. The hall bath has a shower and tub and single vanity.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Only GAS LSVs permitted- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children


Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

This home has many extras including a charcoal grill, large garage with a ping pong table. If you are traveling with your dog to this (1) dog friendly home (25 lb. limit), an additional pet fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
